Purpose

The name of this thread makes it pretty self-explanitory. The forums avatar crew will be creating avatars at your every command. Before making a request, you may want to factor in the size limit (150x150) to the forums as to not include too much.

Can it be a pony made on Pony Creator? Or does it have to be from the show?

The pony you want on your avatar can be from the show or an OC (origional character). If you would like an avatar of your OC, a reference using Genral Zoi's pony creator would be much appreciated. Please specify weather you want the Pony Creator to be used, or a drawn image of that pony. If you want the Pony Creator image to be used, please provide the pony code.

How long will it take to receive my Avatar?

If your avatar has not been finished by the crew member it has been assigned to within one week, then it will be given to the next member to work on.

If think my avatar could use some changes, what should I do?

PM the original creator. They're the only ones with the original files and are sure to be willing to help.

How can I join the Avatar team?

Just send me a PM including some examples of your work

what type of avatars can I request and how long should I expect to have them by?

Specifically, there are three types.
-The basic avatar (vector, General Zoi, or drawing with a background/ picture effect) which is mostly used, especially when nothing specific is requested. This is usually filled within 24 hours and should take no more than a few days to be finished, but has a cap of a week for completion.
-The animated avatar (vector, General Zoi or drawing with animations in GIF format) which is only used when specificaly requested or when the creater feels bored. This is usually filled within a day or two of it's request and also has a cap limit of one week for completion.
-The hand drawn avatar (mane pony is requested or General Zoi code is given for reference, then the pony is hand drawn by the creator. Can also be animated if specificaly requested) These are rarely requested and have no time limit cap. They can be done by another creator if the team feels one is taking too long.

I have my code, and can't seem to find a way to get the image on this site, but I'd rather my pony be drawn... So if I sent you the pony code, could you make a drawn version?

Eeyup, that could be arranged. I'm not the best (rather new with my pad) and much better at Photoshop, so I'd rather contact one of the more experianced tablet artists on the forums (pencils, arylett, or zonra) to complete these types of requests and see if they can be added to the official crew (until I get better atleast).
