After placing the posters around town, the mayor would be in her office. It was a large room, with a now gray carpet on the ground. Against the walls were important events from the past, or personalities. Like the Founder of Ponyville, or the last Winter Wrap Up. She herself was seated at the desk, currently filling a few very urgent forms.
Outside of the Town Hall was the plaza, a few ponies were scattered around, but they all minded their own business. In the middle of the plaza was the well, and next to it a large board where various things were displayed. There is the famous poster which asks for adventure, but also smaller requests from various town folks needing help with anything possible, anypony approaching this would be able to read them freely. At the bottom of the board was written, "For further information, please contact the Mayor Pony."
