Hey there guys! Was just wondering if ya'll knew that Starbound is coming into it's first beta stage tomorrow around the afternoon and evening!

Terraria was great and see as this is kind of the spiritual successor I'm looking forward to it.

 

Watched some of the stuff TB has done on it and its looking good .

 

I will try it , if its as fun to play as terraria then I will get it asap!

I just watched the trailer, and I gotta admit that this looks pretty cool! 

 

It's like a 2D form of Minecraft! 

 

...The thing is, I've never played Terraria before, so I'm not really sure if it's gonna be better. 

 

It definitely looks like it's worth a try, though!

I loved Terraria and this game looks so similar, at least in the beginning, so I bought it yesterday and apparently it's supposed to be released in a few hours. Definitely excited.

It may not be a First person build-em-up game like Minecraft, but it definitely has that exploration aspect down as you can travel to other galaxies and planets that are "Procedurely Generated" Which just means you'll land on something new everytime you travel and it may not be the same planet as another person's planet they land on.

I am too! They've sent out the steam beta keys by now and with a steam update, youll be able to activate that soon.

I'll definitely be able to play it nonstop as soon as my finals are done
