Favorite type of accent. (Applies to English speakers)

We've all had that favorite moment or a usual shenanigan in friendly conversations to speak in that classical Russian or British time. So for the fellows to answer: What is your favorite type of accent to use?

People poke fun at my Texan drawl all the time in group calls :D

American Southern accents ftw! :D We basically qualify as our own language ;)

I only poke fun because mine sounds better.

Just kidding. Sort of. Southern accents are the best.

Accents I like the most, in that order:

  1. U.S. Southern (the more exaggerated, the better ;))
Because it sounds funny, light-hearted, expressive, simple & natural.

    :)
  2. British English (classical).
Because it sounds classy and intelligent.

  3. Scottish dialect.
Because it has lots of uncommon sounds.

A honorable mention: Liverpool accent. Because it sounds so odd...  :derp:

And the accent that literally hurts my ears is from Brooklyn, New York, because it sounds like a mentally retarded patient of a lunatic asylum with all of his mouth stuffed with bubble gum (or something worse).

And when I heard some ponies talking like that in "Rarity takes Manehattan" something has died inside me :P I mean, c'mon! It's not even a dialect, it's profanity ;P Well, most New York accents sound like that to me (except the Italian/gangsta-like one). But that's just me...

And here's a bonus for y'all:

This guy is DA BOSS :D

Russian or Irish (Gaelic).

I think Russian accents are sexy ;)

I am almost all Irish so I have come to adore the accent that comes along with it.

Aussie accents are sexy as hell. Like take an English accent, then twist it into something more wild and rugged. Yes I love it. I'd slog through the 20 hours walking down a hallway in Final Fantasy XIII just to hear fangs voice. Not Vanille though. Even Aussies can sound bad.
