Your opinion on Pony fashion

Is it just me or are the outfits most of the ponies wear really ugly? They are not modernized (except for the complete badazzled ones) and look stiff. I've always just had problems with most of their outfits. And only on fancy occasions do they wear clothes (unless you live on canterlot). And saddles are sometimes semi formal, but other times super casual, so why don't they wear them all the time if they can be casual? Like naaahhh what is this clothing situation? Does anyone feel in the same manner? Or completely the opposite?

I like their outfits, personally. They are a bit more traditional, and it can look a little strange for a dress that is normally designed for a human to be on a pony, but I think they look fine.

I mean there are some that I really don't like... Pinkie Pie's dress to the Gala in season 1 was undesirable... but whatever I think some of them look pretty cool, but what do I know about fashion? I really liked Rainbow Dash's outfit that she had Rarity make "20% cooler"

Perhaps they just don't have the same taste in fashion as you do regulars, or perhaps they are in a cartoon where they don't normally where clothes so their clothing is sometimes odd.

You have to remember. Pony fashions are not for humans. To be honest, I love seeing the different outfits. Some of them are quite pretty. I also love how no matter how spiffy her "duds", Applejack always insists on wearing her hat.

Yes. That's true that they wear clothes only for special occasions but I think Rarity is wearing totally gorgeous! She has so good taste and can suggest others amazing clothes!
