technology US Airways just tweeted out an obscene image

So I don't know if you guys just heard, but a few hours ago US Airways sent a tweet out to an angered customer and the tweet contained an image of some random chick with a toy airplane in her lady region.

 

Now the tweet is now removed and US Airways is "investigating" but honestly to me this is the funniest thing ever. While American Airlines decides to threaten to call the FBI whenever someone sends them a joke, friggin' US Airways went the distance and posted a pornographic image and I think I know who I am flying with from now on.

 

What about you guys? What do you think of this? I'm not gonna link up the image in question but you can find it via google very easily.

that picture had to had been saved to the computer of whoever controls that account. Twitter doesn't let you upload pics from URL.

This is actually kind of funny to be honest xD I dont get why people think the Human body is such a bad thing.. i mean, there are some REALLY ugly lookin' creatures out there, but we all have parts and such..

My understanding of this debacle was that the image was tweeted to American Airlines and then they saved the image for the purposes of "flagging" it (whatever that means). Then US Airways got their hands on it and accidentally sent it out.

 

I'm guessing this isn't really the result of hacking or Heartbleed or what have you, but rather a case of an employee not knowing how to use Twitter.
