They're enamelled over line-blanks, but there's no Rarity line-blank available from the blank manufacturer (who knows why!) so alas no Rarity! But yeah, just enamel and metal~

Not without a bunch of tools I don't have, alas :c At that point it becomes metal-pouring, and that's something you've gotta be super-into in order to have the kit! Maybe someday... that would be awesome!
