Wow, that's beautiful fan art! Only thing I can say is that the snout is a little strange looking to me for whatever reason. :x But ignore me, I'm not one to critique. It looks amazing! I love the colors.

I originally just drew her like this for fun before making her an OC, and made it all split body and stuff. So when I made her and official OC I kept it xD

She appears like this sometimes to other ponies when her hallucinations go rampant.

Her talent is creating hallucinations on other ponies, but it also affects her. This is one of the hallucinations, and how some ponies may see her sometimes.
