For me, it would be either Jesus or Saint Michael. I think Sailor Moon has a lot of similarities to Jesus. She has 12 companions (including Mamoru, Chibiusa, Luna, and Artemis), she would sacrifice herself for her friends, she has the power to resurrect herself and her friends (unless their star seeds are destroyed, and she can't choose when the power works), she used a purity chalice (which is strikingly similar to the Holy Grail), she loves all her friends, and also, all of life, and the whole Earth with all of her heart... yeah. Let's just say that Usagi and Jesus would have SO much common ground xD

Yeah, I think all the deities are fair and even handed when you think about it. Greek mythology makes all the Greek gods (except maybe Athena, and a few others) look like bickering children, but I feel that deep down, every deity has the capacity of being all loving.
