Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus vs Najica and Lila

Who would win? Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus are lovers, so they know each other's fighting patterns inside and out, and they're also very powerful. Najica and Lila have been on many assignments together, and even though their anime is a TOTAL fanservice anime, they're pretty skilled (well, Lila has difficulty understanding some things since she's not human xD)

 

Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus have extremely potent abilities, while their hand to hand fighting is top notch. Najica and Lila have strong hand to hand fighting skills as well, and they have their guns.

 

Edit: Keep in mind, for this debate, I'm using the anime versions of the Sailors. Their manga versions would be way op xD

Are the agents able to move at ftl speeds and planet bust in anyway? If not, just one of the sailor scouts can solo their team.

That sounds like a tough decision. Whichever side can get their attacks in first and keep it on point. I'd say the Sailors.
