I know one thing that would shock me is that all of the Mane Six ponies became alicorns. If that did happen I'll probably leave the fandom. Can't continue liking the show if all of the main characters are perfect.

Rarity liking Spike XD but it would shock me in a good way and I wouldn't exactly be disappointed although I'm not a big fan of ships for MLP but the question asked what would shock you so I answered but I am more for shippings in Adventure Time more than for MLP (TRUST me idk why I think it's the fact that almost all of the characters are ponies and not just that but the fact even though anyone can watch it it's target was supposed to be kids and I would feel awkward knowing about certain ships being there for MLP and since everyone has the right to ship what they want it will also cause arguments and such and people would get mad if their ship isn't there an also there's some people that have an imagination that is not children appropriate so yeah and even though Adventure Time is also targeted to kids the age of kids they target is higher than MLP's and these kids take this kind of things more easily than younger folks (in other words the ponies look more innocent than characters on Adventure Time and this make ponies really cute and unique same as Adventure Time characters they have their own purposes and I wanna keep the ponies' innocence in my head) just saying I mean I guess children appropriate shipping for the show itself is fine but it WOULD cause really big arguments I think it's best left for each individual's imagination) that's just me though

I know, it is almost like they saw my clop folder, and alot of the scenes in the season 4 premier also surprised me I mean the stuff wasn't intended to be sexual but good god is it easy to take out of context especially the potion Twilight drank which looked a lot like um well... I suppose the only thing that could potentially shock me is Derpy getting another speaking role, it would be awesome but it is so unlikely.

Hasbro allows Japan to make their own movie in place of Equestria Girls. It's more magical girl action movie over high school drama. Slightly more risque with transformation scenes and humor.

If that happened I would quit being a brony just so I could become one for that. Authentic Japanese EG would be amazing.

 

For the finale, Pinkie Pie says something deep and touching, no randomness or Pinkie antics, just a feels heavy scene that makes you stop and think.

I say risque like instead of magical clothes; she winds up there Terminator style, meets Rarity, gets some clothes, has difficulties putting them on, and Rarity has to help her.

By the third EG movie, Mane 6 and their human counterparts team up. Add a new level of power greater than Alicorn by having the mares merge with their human counterparts. I'm going Digimon Tamers (Biomerge Digievolution/Matrix Evolution) here.
