It has to be either the Master or the Weeping Angels.

 

 

 

When the Master took over the Earth, the way he acted kinda reminded me of Jafar from Aladdin, another favourite villain of mine.

 

 

 

But oh my gawd those angels... X(

 

 

 

 

 

I have always seem to like the Cybermen as well.

 

(I have WAAAAY too many favourites...)

For me, I really like watching episodes where the villains are the Cybermen. Their whole concept is so cool!

Probably a tie between the Cybermen and the Weeping Angels for me. I really love the old 60's Cybermen stories, and Blink and The Angels Take Manhattan are two of my all-time favorite episodes.

The weeping angles used to scary me but now they don't for some reason. It was the fact that you look at them and there normal and then you look away and back and there face is right next to yours

The Daleks, they're the ultimate Who villian.  I mean, they were so horrible that even The Master fled from the war involving the Daleks, so they're definitely my favorite.

I like the Master and the Daleks. The master is a pretty comical character, and for the daleks, I liked when I heard their mechanical voices or when I knew they were coming c: .

My 2 top favorites are Davros and The Master, but not so much the 10th Doctor/Tennant version of The Master. He had his moments, but I felt like his defeat was a little... anticlimactic? Just felt like he deserved more.

 

I also kind of like the Vashta Nerada, the Sontarans, and the upgraded Cybermen from the 11th Doctor/Matt Smith season (the ones that could walk at super speed).
