I'm actually really surprised. I had no idea that Shrek had such a fanbase.

What?! What?! There's a huge fanbase and a convention? I had no idea either, and Brogre is just copying Brony. Bronies got the name "brony" because it was very unexpected to have a huge male fanbase, but Shrek is targeted towards everybody. I think they should be called "Shrekkies".

It's a mix of serious and trolls from what I understand. Apparently they go back as to 2008 from what I gathered. They are huge but sorta silent it's odd. It took me FOREVER to figure where in the world the Shrek memes came from but ever since Shrek came out brogers existed as well which is fine but random. I have never met one but they seem like they could get annoying but what am I one to say? I am brony for heck sake lol.

I've heard of them and normally I wouldn't judge someone just because they like something(except for JB or one direction fans because they are truly insane) but after seeing that shrek is love shrek is life video and finding out that someone made a religion around shrek I would have to say I would never want to be associated with the brogre fandom if your a fan of shrek fine by me but if you worship shrek and go around saying shrek is love shrek is life stay the hell away from me.
