  1. Where? Where does it say that? Twilight had to travel to an unknown world by herself, leaving her friends behind despite how badly they want to stay together, forcing her to seek the help of whatever ally she could find in order to complete her quest. Take any college course in story telling and you'll find out that this is pretty much the most basic form of the hero's journey.
  2. I think the real question should be: When did bronies become a bunch ungrateful fanbags? Seriously I am embarrassed by the amount of flip-flopping bronies have been doing since the finally got around to watching Equestria Girls on youtube.
  3. It seems to me the main reason a huge number of brony's are so set on labeling Equestria Girls as 'non cannon' is mainly due to the fact that if it were to be declared 'cannon' it would mean that the following themes will have been legitimized. 1. A magical gateway between Equestria and Earth 2. Humanized ponies 3. Ponies falling for humans So given the fandom's ongoing love/hate relationship with these themes, I'm not the least bit surprised that so many have declared this movies as something that exists outside of the established universe. Folks, the simple fact is that Twilight WAS attracted to Flash. Perhaps the reasons were a bit flimsy but the genuine attraction was there and it had nothing to do with Twilight's system being confused by her human body. She knew she was a pony, she thought like a pony, moved like a pony and even ate like a pony (at least until an odd look from Fluttershy broke her of that). So despite the fact that Twilight was in the 'guise' of a human, her mind was still very much equine in nature. I use the moment when Flash asks her to be his date for the dance as my primary example. When asked, Twilight responds by pressing herself close to him in very pony-like manner.
  4. I would almost describe the show as a comedy that somtimes attempts to be serious but dosn't exptect those attempts to be taken seriously.
  5. Yeah, especially when he called himself "Daddy Warlord of The Children of the Corn". But i think the biggest WTF moment had to be when the Monarch found that picture of him and Venture playing as kids.
  6. Hell yeah! I am so looking forward to the rest of this season! The G.I.JOE parody they did last episode was just to freaking sweet, especially to a guy who grew up with characters like Cobra Comander.
  7. While enjoying her holiday in the city of San Francisco, a spirited mare soon finds her whole world has been turned upside-down after crossing paths with an equally spirited human. A story of an unconventional love that blossomed from an unexpected friendship. http://www.fimfiction.net/story/84648/this-city-by-the-bay-a-mares-story

    movies/tv Venture Bros.

I absolutly love this show. Kinda funny, considering my other favorite show is My Little Pony: Freindship is magic. Are there any other bronies out there who are also fans of Venture Bros?
