Favorite Pony:  Twilight Sparkle, with Pinkie and Rarity coming in a very close second and third respectively.
Favorite Music: Classical Music, especially in the Romantic and Modern periods.  Okay fine, I'll pick a composer.  Alban Berg.  *sigh* Herbert von Karajan is my favorite classical artist.  At least I have a lot of his recordings... Wait, you wanted popular music?  I dunno, Queen?  I don't listen to much beyond classical and jazz...
Favorite Book: Carl Sagan's Cosmos, Woodward and Armstrong's The Brethern
Favorite Game: Any installment of the SimCity franchise, even that one.
