Hello there. It is I, Lord Ramasus. I escaped right after the Time War started so that I wouldn't have to kill anyone or anything. I escaped as far as I could it my TARDIS while still conserving enough energy in case of an emergency. I ended up crash landing into Equestria since the brakes on my TARDIS were malfunctioning for some reason. I have yet to figure out the cause of it. Luckily, the cloaking mechanism works. Here's a hint:
