Greetings! My name is Lady Rainicorn (formally Chaotic Harmony) around these forums and welcome to my profile. It will be a little TL:DR but if you insist on reading it i'd appreciate it. I don't really feel like making an overly complicated profile so i will just explain how i became a brony and a few favorites of mine.

I became a fan of MLP sometime near the beginning of 2012. At the time i was very curious about how a show about a magical land of ponies could be so entertaining to the adult human mind so i tried out and watched the first 2 episodes personally i didn't think it was too bad for a cartoon but i still didn't get what people saw in it. My thought that was just a small fad where other people are doing it just because everyone else is until i saw the first few season 2 episodes and they impressed me so much i decided to check out the fandom itself and they too impressed me with the music the art the fan-made video games. I was overwhelmed with pony stuff and eventually i found myself watching the show on a daily basis but in secret.

As a closet brony i didn't tell anyone not even my parents because i knew they would over react to the fact i was into the show so i kept it a secret from them. unfortunately secrets don't last forever and eventually by about mid 2012 my sister saw me watching the show and being the little rat she is trying to embarrass goes and informs my parents that i watch My Little Pony. Of course they flip out and things went downhill from there despite my best efforts to convince them there's nothing wrong with the show they judged it otherwise and told me to not watch it anymore or interact with its community. I didn't ignored their command because they have no right to tell me what i can and cannot watch, (I'm 18 for crying out loud!) Eventually they see me watching it again behind their backs and of course the overreact again and insult me ,but until recently they just stopped caring about what i was watching (which is what i wish they had done from the start!) So now I'm officially a brony and im proud to admit that i love watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Everyone deserves to watch what they want too especially if that show is a well-written overly positive show and shouldn't have to be put through what i had to go through with my own parents.
