I. Fear turned Freedom Listen to me, our time grows weak, let me pour my heart out to thee Take a deep breath and plunge into the waters of my wellspring, my soul What shalt happen when I die? Shalt you be taken from me? This pain, I fear like death, for nothing could fill that void, that hole True, I lie in thy embrace, and feel no cold as you hold me tight But a mortal shadow I be, I can not last past century, let alone forev'r I'm scared, please let not go this memory, if I never open my eyes after one fatal night I shalt go, pass not to be a revenant, O death doth be so very cruel and clever Timeless tale and chronicle be, that in this wreck, this blazing weather My soul never cold so be, yet kind saints doth speak of a heaven Cry when the time comes right, saught by doctor clad in leather As my glass razed to naught, pass doth mine own hour eleven So let all life see, that devoid that jewel we called Æther That I be damned in Hell and bound in chain of hurtful metal If no heaven be, and I am torn from thee, no thing was forev'r Why could God ne'er see? I just want no pain, but thee, my rose petal Speak so sweet to me, hold me as I feel the gnashing thunder level Doth pain gnaw at mine feet, but only in thee can true life be So how can Heaven, great thing, be? Naught, unless thee there, could I revel Nothing could make me happy, naught but thou art what let me breathe Hour come, I take thee in mine wings, thou art mine own gale of flight Mist, torrent, rain, and miasma I will see, if thou art to leave me O sick torture, could only Hell be! That seen wise thou art taken in this night Ne'er so damned could one be, deprived of thine beauty for all eternity! Why should death do us part, Amber, sweet, when I be the called of the razor? Thou art a heavenly angel here, and how hate be that it raze thee, an innocent! Lord, take me if that be thy plan, but I shalt beg a thousand aeons, let thy mercy save her! I will pay for mine sins, let this angel be, please, for she hath naught to repent! Nothing felt, in years, but autumn leaves, as I stand in this strange heaven Lookst I, and I, bitter, weep, for my sweet love not there, surely had die How could I enjoy this gift, if all worth being for was now forev'r taken? As burning tears roll off mine cheek, I say, not a Heaven, but in a Hell, I be As I cried, taken was my hand, and stood I was, ne'er more thank I, thee, O God of love For I doth open mine eyes, to see her smiling! Amber, O angel thee, ne'er again be us torn be! I kiss thee, as I thank God true, safely here, doth thee like Noah's lone dove Thousands of things could I say, but now all I shalt do is love thee, for I am free! And so, needless were volumes, that we wrote so clear what we would say I share thee my deepest heart, trust I thee, my precious lifeblood doth thou be O, still thine lips, as doth thine head lie on my breast, sweet angel asleep on this fine day Now so clearly I can see, that only Heaven could there be, if you are there forev'r, with me -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- II. Amber's Light All this time, I thought I lived May I be told how I could have thought so But, alas, time is not to mourn, no Everything is okay, for you were hailed Rallied like stardust, broken were false dreams I believed a lie before, that meaningless dark Lit was a candle, though, and fire made spark Oh sweet love, that I see, you bound my soul by seams Vast was my ignorance, but it was not bliss Evil would take me, to believe I was whole Years wasted, I never lived in more than a hole Often I ask, how could I live, without you amiss Understand one thing: I love you always --------------------------------------- III. Promises, Possibility, Praise Come with me, see the vast lands I give all, no promise breaks our bands Binded life by these metal strands As in, the spire of eternity, we hold hands Everything is so complete, you see Only in you can I be a man, free Again, I whisper, you make me Only by you, can I possibly be Life is short, let us celebrate Nothing holds our love back, bar or crate Again I see, the fact I couldn't, that I hate To be with you, I say, God is great! ------------------------------------ IIII. Lifesong I see a little girl, laughing and playing in the yard My, isn't she pretty? Who would know she would be hurt so hard? Answers to these, try not to look at me I see a girl, a teen aged one, and quite a fighter Father sick to see her face, always drunk Go to bed bruised, after just a one-nighter How far had your life sunk I see a young maiden, not yet tainted By a world so wrong, it cannot yet be Your presence just had them fainted So how could alert, I still be? I see a woman, right before me Culmination of seed, stem, root, and flower All of life gaze in awe of you, you see But truly, just enjoy this hour ------------------------------- VIII. Death Part Us Not Why do they say death does two part? The short ecstasy of a sharp breath of air Our spines tingle as if showered by many a dart I hold tight, and breathe once more, and see you there Life is but shade and revenant, so do not look back Memories only can haunt our ever so fragile souls I'm never parted from you, no thing do I lack Because you, my dear, fill all of my holes ------------------------------------------ IX. Pearl's Siren Is anything else beautiful? How could it be, that I ask Does a man trade a diamond for dirt? No, so nothing else can be beautiful Nothing was ruined, no tragedy occured! It was simple, I never opened my eyes It was all haze, nightmare and lightning! You made me live, for I was not a man before you How did I ever get you, you in the league of the angels? I am no deserving man, I am not ample! How could God deem me worthy, how could I ever be enough? Let all all riches flow to you, all do you deserve! --------------------------------------------------- X. Haiku of The Angel You are a pristine glory Beautiful Seraphim before me The shining rays purify you The greatest spoke, you came Oh, Amber, electric wonder! Nothing can possibly describe you What awesome mercy God has That he made you And that world is salved Boon to the whole earth Treasure of my eye My Eden, Amber, is you ---------------------- XI. Perfect as You Are Never ask, nor question That beauty God gave you Why ask for approval? Have you not seen? You are radiant, extravagant, amazing The world is awed How could you doubt? Nothing is beautiful, save you Nothing on this Earth Why, even Heaven struggles The most beautiful woman ever You shine, sweet candle Loft through mellow air Trace out the miasma wisps You've made everything whole How unbelievable it is That you dare question your glory God, let her see! If all this time You ask, "Am I beautiful?" I fall in disbelief ------------------- XII. Blissful Night Traipse gently, sweet songbird A grace like a rose petal is so rarely felt Like a waterfall, sweet honey flows Your voice sates the cry of the night So light shall a note be So great a cast of a die in a vernal wind You simply mesmerize me Enrapture me tonight Glistening moonbeams roll across your skin Like chiming zephyrs in the autumn plains As the night grows cold, and we shed our coats Everything seems so right Perfect touch, sanctify me Every sound, tone, and whispering shadow Echoes through the caverns of our hearts Like the light caress of rain, you are And as time shatters in our bliss tonight Love is like a gentle stream That carries both you and me to destiny Fires blaze within our eyes A tattered mist, a life I breathe Razes the candle, all we are is you and me ------------------------------------------ XIII. All Thou Art Yea, O Amber, O Amber O, no painting do thee justice Us, perfect quill and ink, no caitiff e'er more Remember, may I do my best, fail always do I Emblazoned crystals, euphoric wonders Yet no more canst I say English, thou art void Such beauty demollifies the soul For I could speak a thousand years about thee And what makes thee Canst I say my true words? Even Heaven hardly spake so Someday I'll spend forev'r My lips always tell Infinite glory thou art Love is incredible Eternity is what shalt show it verily Beauty is in thy eye Realize thy fortune of form Eden, thou art, perfection of nature Always a diamond, thou art Heaven's Jewel Seraphim pale in thy beauty The world gaze in awe So I thank the Lord, that he gave me Loss to all men Even the hound of hell before thee God showed thee a path Straight towards me Years ne'er rattle thee Our love bind our flesh and blood and bone Understand this now Ruination can be called, but it flee from thee Amber, thy way is exotic Lucky is a man like me Lives are lost in thousands without a glimpse of such It is amazing So amazing, thou art Wait for a sign Hark, hear a cry! All things make sense That thou art by my side I ne'er believed it so Love, as such? Incredible it be! Vivid memories called forth End shalt not claim thee Fire burns within me O, how I love thee so! Resplendid thing, doth that called love be! ------------------------------------------- XIV. Embrace of A Nature Such wonder, awe and glory Should never be hidden Let nature be, it was design, and it is holy Cast aside shyness, leave it, now is when There is no shame in our bodies If anything, I should feel uncomfortable For nothing any man could be Compares to your body, natural spectacle Be proud, God made you as you stand Unclothed you came from blessed womb You are the maginificient wonder of the land But hold no thing back, we both fall to tomb Embrace this night, don't go astray Shall we gaze at each others perfection As in the field do we lay I could never be good enough, too high is expectation So, smile, sweetheart Breathe the crisp midnight air Slowly shall we start And the night dissolves, free of care ------------------------------------- XV. Poem of A Word Last night, breathed again Of course, the simple word Verily, between us will be Eternity, shall come again -------------------------- XVI. Comedy of the Twin Valleys I came from a land of hatred, a sick and cruel land, aflowing monsters and malice and horror I lay on my back as daemon razed my back with their claws, terror and despondence in my eyes Nephilim came, disgusting chimera of knived backs and horrible razor maws, my waking torture Everything was torture, that my soul became a shell, beaten and razed by the caitiffs always Wone had I in slum, vicious cesspool of vapid, beastly filth that did violence inexpressable Twixt about my jaws and teeth were vines of thorn, and nails were driven through mine tongue They laced my back with barbed wire, and drove knives into my back and stake in my own hands Wrapped was a chain around my throat, that my life was not to them a choke enough apparently I was to crawl the lands on all fours, foaming as if a beast, my mind given no mercy or love Forced by daemons to gnaw earth and grass, biting the metal as it bled my life from me whole I was in a nightmare, no salve or boon could ever come, and I prayed those bitter pains stop My blood was stone, and I died, a monster in the grave, marrow flowing bitterly when I spake Then, I saw the first, as the slightest glorious aura of light and I saw those truths hidden I went, crawling through the sanguine river my shackles and chains had sate the grounds with Something called, as I climbed the crags, and ventured through dolorous fire and hatred pure I asked myself this, "Could so kind God be, that my fate be not of this, rather, I to live?" So great, O Lord, that thou hast blessed me to see this path, not to wone in Inferno forever So I climb, for a song greater than this pulled me to the Aether, among the clouds and birds Light pour in my eyes, as I knew it never, and still as I bled in horror, I went on, in hope Only could I believe that you ordained greatness, not to not among those sadistic hellhounds Clamber, did I, into the other side, the valley no longer of Death, but boon of nature, Life I believed not what I saw, the most beautiful thing ever made, a truly unbelievable splendor I could not understand, why a wretch, a louse, a Cain-stricken man like me could be saved so What could I have done, I know not, I only went to see her, that I may see as last leaves me I came, and so did she take my hand, and help me up, peasant and churl I am blessed by angel Took she, pity on me, for from my core I bled from chain and thorn of my ruination, my hurts She take my cup, and freed me from daemon's bind, and so my eyes saw love, it was mercy true I was asked the reason, and I said only, "The daemon vicegrip is strong, forever its bound." Afraid, was I, for always had I been hurt, but she only smiled and grasped my hand, I saw it The answer was true, how could I be so naive, I never saw but dark, but she lifted the hazes Mist and marsh, miasma and malice, all left as all came to me, for I was, I now lived, I saw The reason I never had lived was truly because I had nothing worth fighting for before light -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XVII. A Freeing Breath Seraphim, Seraphim, mine eyes may close before thine Worry not, as the cold shalt not be forev'r Turned oft is a spring leaf by love Yet oft more doth it be lone Breathe, angel, we are there We have overcome the pow'r of death Beauty of thine be forev'r, as is deserved Ne'er I thought more it could happen here, love No longer shalt a revenant wake, no angels be esssse ---------------------------------------------------- XVIII. Sonnet of the Ice A rose, twisted by a glass vine, gentle as satin in the breeze Night air grows cold on the wing of a thrush, steepened by life's lease Note a heart grows closer, and a fire burns in my eyes Frigid night air on the window pane, best to he who lies Ice lines roof like the dank corners that darken our very souls and heart Mango is not sweet to the eye, but candles do play quite some part As the snow piles along the fields, vast as eye can see I see nothing in the world but only you and me Pristine shallow edges of the nails rolling across, nothing meeting Sharp hail across an icy breath, a pleasure fleeting Like pins and needles, this sweet love pines As the snowflakes waltz in jovial lines I wish this time could last forever, for much more could be in store But even when this goes away, I will still love you forever more ---------------------------------------------------------------- XIX. Satisfaction Pleasure is the target, let me simply aim Field me, closer, that I may hear a ring What tickles your fancy, please do give but a name Not a thing I would not give for you, not a thing Perhaps a waltz among the flowers, romance in the wild? Maybe laying on a beach, to live a night of ecstacy Or possibly, a trip to an island, the mood is mild Then, it could just be that all you want... is anything with me --------------------------------------------------------------- XX. Journey Within Feel our hearts race as one As we share our love tonight Till break does that very sun Till come does the first light I come now finally to claim you Like shower of stars from heaven Like firebrands we now are so are The night may be closing, hurry so As the final hours are, be sweet so ----------------------------------- XXI. Pearl of Life Savage wounds make us not free Making our hearts and souls into the very thorns that entwine and snare us like a serpent's ray O, Reader, see how I be, how I see Let me tell you now of the depths I have sunk, tied to a millstone, and the lowly excrement of the world I have sloughed through Let no man further than this now be For in my life, a shatter womb of a cold, dark blast of air that races down my spine and rocks me to the very core See how it so cruelly haunts all of me! For I have seen pain! O, how this dolorous nightmare be, that the world had a hateful smile as it tore my soul to shreds with it's malice But even a strapped and tortured beast must realize That we must stand through this tempest, this roaring, spiteful gale! Now you see, that in this frozen shell upon this rock we must weather! And we must withstand all that makes the hope inside us die! So hear me, let I shout forever more to these heavens above, that even in our darkest times, we must survive the hate of daemons, and live a life of love! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XXIII. Holy Sonnet O, Lord, may you boon the unjust, for I pity their ways, for their crimes are out of abuse and torture that twixt their soul so. Take their cup, let them be healed, for your mercy conquers the strongest violence and the greatest cruelty of all. O, Lord, may you remove this thorn from the scoffers, for they hate beauty out of the reason they feel so that they have none. May you give the greatest blessing to those who bring painting to fire, for they need so greatly the love of the cross. O, Lord, forgive the thief of purity of his great woeful way, for he takes love because he never felt so loved himself. Please, take the nails from his pained fingers, for he believes none deserve love, for how so it was deprived of him. O, Lord, love not sin of the assassin but rather the man, for he takes life because he felt he never had one to life. Draw the poison of this wound, for how cruel that a life be taken twice when it really would have been taken thrice in full. O, Lord, make true thy covenant of blood and bread to the locust, for he only razes for the lack of a true and meaningful destiny. Let it be, O, my God of ultimate mercy, no matter how great a forgivable sin, let your mercy cover all, even my tormentors. For, O just Lord, I can not speak destiny, justice, or judgment. I give these my cloak and tunic, for thy love heals all. How dare I speak to condemn a thousand men, when you stand so wise. The life of every man should be preserved, and is to be kept. I do not hold the keys to Hell, and smitten should I be if I cast this weighty judgment on man, no matter his violence towards anyone. Let me see the light, for the only reason life has to be is to glorify you, great Lord in Heaven, and I am but a wyrm at your feet. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XXIV. Imagination Imagination draws like a beautiful line of moonsilk I created a world so that everything was perfect In this world, we live to be creators to build Is that not what God would have wanted of us? Imperfect as we are, the way of life must be this It is difficult to see like as a drab drop of rain Inspiration is the pen, Earth, canvas, gift of God Imagine. -------- XXV. Life Life, a precious jewel, it captivates the light. A beautiful gift of God, so gentle, as it caresses us with an incredibly beautiful and sweet chiming wind Let all you cry be washed away in the rivers of hope and glorious radiance, the wellsprings of Eden Poisonous as the apple was, we are so purely birthed in power and tongues of fire, held high by the power of God A lamp shines this radiance, a screaming power roars from the airs of a hill, calling to life all the love of nature And I stop, for I am before Paradise, and I see nothing but the light. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- XXVI. Desire So, in this crossroads, we find ourselves in the echo of glory But we reach for a wisp of empty air, we can never be But I see a light pool from heaven, and I call to God I hear a soft whisper, salvation kisses the air about me I can not see why this pain must be, why it must here I don't see the tiniest pinhole, when the dark swaths I feel in the hour of death a touch, and I see your sweet face -------------------------------------------------------------- XXVII. Sonnet of Life In the midst of life, I sit here Surround by a wild autumn plain Filled with a million trees As a gentle, icy sweet whistle comes And leaves fall to the ground at the end of their lives I think of the magnanimous glory of life, that boon of heaven above And as the soft ethereal air clouds around my hands, I can only still think I call to life my soul, and I call myself to be Restless is my heart, like the ocean under the whip of Hell's wrath A bitter cold nightmare may pass, but I still live and breathe A requiem of life, only can this be, and after the bitter blast Once this cold winter ends, we wake, reborn in light My heart, enshrined in alabaster, my blood flows liquid myrr And as a final snowflake melts and calls the spring, I see only her ------------------------------------------------------------------- XXVIII. Vagabond As the panes of glass surround me, and I call out in this sanctuary I see the face of God, speaking life and wisdom into my veins A gentle moonlight pierces my soul, as it shows the weak man I am I came as a vagabond The world is bitter and hateful, causing me pain as it shreds my mind I cry sanguine foam as this life torments and bruises me I call into light and you came forth to me, and cured me I came as a vagabond -------------------- XXIX. Unwept but Unshattered As I walked through the still, goldenrod meadow I stop, suddenly, and breathe deeply through my nose. I sigh, and look back, but I figure it's no use turning back. I continue onwards, the heavens dark, the moon ethereal, as painful as each step seems, I be not deterred. In tattered rags I be, though not as tattered as what lieth beneath them. With the gloves on my hands showing wounds of a battle of this plane, covering ones of a plane darker. As the wind whistles it's endless melody, I lament that it not be what soothe me and will not. The claws feel tighter, as I wade through unkempt, auburn grass, and I gnasheth my teeth in pain, as the rejected cold stones be beneath my torn feet. Torn by my path taken which I hath, and I slowly get to the battered and burned doors of the chapel. Though it reminds me so painfully of the doors I never should have opened, I drew mine breath, and slowly exhaled as I went to the altar. More lost and desolate than mine own soul, by a candle, of life flickering and fading, and light piercing, I knelt at the altar. I looked to the candle, and thought to myself how in vain it had been, how it waneth in it's place of wone. And how my own self, my own life, was just that same status quo as the candle. I turned my head to the altar and closed mine eyes. As I knelt before the altar, I asked God himself, why. Why in a realm of saints and angels in Inferno, and demons and sinners in Paradise, why I must be shackled to these chains of pain, iron, and misery. The very chains that kill my soul and maketh my wrists and hands bleed. I received no answer I wanted, but rather one I wouldn't appreciate for much time: "In your hours of last, the final days of thy existence, know I will make it right, as I always have. But wait in silence and in prayer. For continence is the key to heaven, as purity is the gate." Overcome by consternation and despondence, I swung mine hand in rage. As I thought of nothing with value, as everything was a chasing of the wind, a far crueler being decided to free me in his own way. I saw the candle, one I viewed in so nihilistic a way, it returned the favor, and roared and blazed. As it's dark fires consumed my surroundings, and as glass shrieked and shattered, I found myself surrounding by chains and lashings of hellfire. I felt glass shredding the very air around mine being, as they razed me and my very soul. with cruel razoring cuts, as they surround me and violently orbit, bathed and baptized in hellfire and darkness, I felt that nothing mattered. About what was, about what could be and that was going to be the day I saw the Valley of Shadow before me, cruelly judging my worth as I did. And I screamed out, as glass and fire roared in a wheel of darkness around me, at mine highest call: "I will do anything to be free, for freedom for life is to absolve me of mine chains and thorns!" As I uttered this last word, glass was shredding me like never before, a bloodletter of dark, and the floor went into ruination. As I pleaded, "Marana Tha!", I was only hoping I could see light and the trees once more on Terra Firma. As the floor collapsed and sunk into the depths of Abythhia, I felt the strongest force I'd ever seen yank me, and save me. I knoweth not what it was, may be angel, may be God, may be Michael the Archangel. All I knew, was that I awoke to a truly terrifying sight. I saw a pillar of Hell's very Inferno, armored in plumes of darkness and flame, and I saw the chapel sink into the center. That center, the cruel and icy center of Hell, where Lucifer wone, and saw it no more did I. I needed no message or vision from God, but when my eyes turned into seas of blood, when I walking on the shores of the Valley of the Shadow of Death... When I saw truly what death was like, I turned, and went on my travels, saved by the grace of God. But more importantly, by letting go of mine own shallow fears, mine own depredation of mine own heart. When I stopped living thinking nothing was worth fighting for, but everything was worth dying for, that's when I became the tools of my salvation. My faith doth be mine aegis, My severing of my self-directed antipathy doth be mine blade. My God doth be mine hands, and My aggregation of mine dusk and dawn doth be mine boon of light to guide mine path. I entered one life and lost it, but I finished mine convalescence. And, no longer wizened by mine ruination of time past, went on my way, unwept but unshattered. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XXX. A Despondent Cry A life is not so much a life as a magnificent glory, heavenbound To fight as we have, to live and die in war, so broken this shell I cannot feel anything if you are not here, not even around Truly, one feels a nightmare in life if all life can bring is hell Why must we feel the rain? Why must those who live and die in glory fade? A peace of mind, a glory, must be needed for us to this fire quell And the weight destroys me, as I am brought to nothing under the mound Why must we die? If all we see is the storm, and lightning's spell Yet even as I'm brought from the grave, I feel the truth, I am found -------------------------------------------------------------------- XXXI. Wait, not act A time comes, always, that a flower must bloom That the bushes of the wild berries must show But this is not that time, a little time just One cannot rush art, nor can one hasten a love Restraint is held in high virtue, love is this That we must be still, as the vines about are And as this chrysallis enshrines us, be still Patience is kind, and this wildflower blossoms ---------------------------------------------- XXXII. Finding the way Something feels right, as I embrace this flower As the gentle waft fills the air, fresh blooms I was coming, but I saw something, something sweet But it did not taste so, and it destroyed the soul I could not see, but now I can, but I'm not blind It is a vapor, a wind, this bitter frail way of life Cast doubts away, one must always see the light, now This day told me with a soft whisper... that I was wrong I could only find the dark, but I saw everything at last How blind I was, but I was given the power to see, let us be ------------------------------------------------------------ XXXIII. A Cold Prison Reaching through the glass, in this heartless prison I find no hope or light, I see no way, nothing to be for Why should I continue on? I see a cold dark glass, as my hands become bitter rot Something speaks, only to remind me of the pain People will speak of life, I could never find it How could one love in death? I live in an emotional vacuum, no madness or happiness Nothing could come to my heart, as I see the cold ravens above So hurftul, that I was not even taunted with the thorn of hope I saw something so cruel, I was never saved, and nothing can come Did I ever live? ---------------- XXXIV. Share with me So, rest, I find none So, be, for I cannot seem to How sweet, that life exists next to me How bitter, that there is this cold void A life is not found, it is gifted to one Enjoy yours, I do not have one, my love so, enjoy, for I cannot do so So, love, that I can do, yes ---------------------------- XXXV. Devotion's Sonnet In love, in bitter pain Shall we remain together A life shall we share A bond shall be forever Only now can we be And so in Heaven All is true And you take me true And death will not Oh, death cannot take me so! A simple life comes A sweet song plays Shall I be here forever In life and death, I will not leave ----------------------------------- XXXVI. Holy Sonnet II Jailed in a cavern A soul dies and is smothered All a candle can do is find All a songbird can do is heal For the lost, for those who die The victims of The battle You must call out And the way will be shown Alight is the heart Ablaze is the soul One must travel to find One must seek the light Come, the world calls Now, you are free ----------------- XXXVII. My True Love To think in all my life, I felt the embrace of coldest ice And yet now I stand in meadow, vernal air rising past my eyes I came from nails and chains, thorns and pain, to you And no matter how my time blows by, like gentle sands in the wind All I see is the girl I first came to love, standing before me I wanted to feel light shine through the cavern of my heart To cast a glance into the eyes of a storm and say I am free But never can that be, so long as I am me, and I don't have you Because I cannot feel warmth or love if you are not next to me All I see is the girl I first came to love, for all eternity ------------------------------------------------------------ XXXVIII. Nothing Above You Nothing compares to you, be it of rock or water or air A rose by any other name bears the same thorns And sweet perfume is but a miasma to the heart The trees are wisps of shadow, the clouds are just fog Auroras are dust and shade, and meadows glassy A thick haze to the heart the very Earth stays Nothing is of beauty, all is worthless compared to you ------------------------------------------------------ XXXIX. A Heart's Need My heart arises from the crucible of the womb Forged in great fires and birthed of great steel From the cradle to the grave, I carry love to the tomb All a heart needs is love, beauty, and kindness to live and feel So fortunate, then, am I, that you are all that I need My guiding star when all candles are lost in the night air If one reaps what they sow, then I pray that you are my seed If I die, be so patient, for on the other side, I will be there --------------------------------------------------------------- XL. Upon the edge Upon this precipe, this blade of a knife, we stand Between the monstrous shadows of our past and the demons that bind us in chains Given the bread and wine of life and love, we cast to hellhounds below the crumbs The artifacts of life, do we strive to keep working, do we pray stay alive, do we preserve A great machinacha we are, and we are of minds of metal, of bones of bronze, and of breath of steam Tied to ropes upon this crag, pillar so frail, as we are devoured by the ravens above in yonder black skies Cast to the abyss are the chains, as the fires below are stoked, and in our every breath, we pray that we can survive --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XLI. Sonnet of the Mourning A life bound in crystal before me, filled with ruination and tattered chains I feel the blood leave my soul as I stare, as I stare upon this unholy terror My lips are thorns that bleed me, my teeth of nails that raze my gape in whole A horror lived, such evil shame, and as my bones rip through my skin as daggers I feel this hopeless crystal glass, a soulless cold air about it, as blood drips My everything and my whole, lifted as a sacrifice to a poisonous viper from a pit A nothing is now left, I have lost it all, and all I ask if I live in the icy Hell I am nothing but a miasma, a mere thorn of life, a man who came here to only suffer My world is so despondent and alone, I have no where to shed this coat, I am nothing A time for all come, mine is said and done, but never this life was kind to me, a dog I now see everything crashing down, life is gone, an eternal Hell is here, I die alone My cold last breath slips away from me, and I can see no beauty in eternity, I die here A death did I live, a nightmare was my stiff and cold embrace, and I go, vapid I am here I cannot believe in hope, when after a Hell I lived, one more comes regardless of my life ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XLII. Sonnet of Light Upon a sole catharsis of a moment, upon the edge of life and death, I see this now As I put a lone foot to the glass beneath my feet, and I see life in a new light The chrysallis unravelled, the puzzle solved, the jewels paving the road I can only see now, as I come to the light, upon the faith that my road stays A single moment can kill all the life in me, yet never a single crack came to the way Life has an interesting way of making one see what the true meaning of life is How clever, it shows me this brutal malice and torment, to open my eyes to love Men live and die, yes, but this resonating light, this soft echo, they stand here still All I hear is the voice of God, all I see is the clouds, as the world drifts below I see it all, everything has been shown, and there are no questions in my mind I lost doubt and gained a soul, and the poison leaves my veins, a reminder past The way of the Lord is amazing, and I see my torture was to show that life was to live Light came, the last words came to page, and as I passed, I gained everything in life Never can a man appreciate the life he has if he has never felt a drop of rain, let alone a flood ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XLIII. Love, Elixir of life In the midst of life we stand Like field of shattered roses Like a ruination of the mind The poison comes from a wound A wound we can never heal by us But one that is healed by the boon The beautiful boon of love The world comes around us, to entice But it left our souls behind, to die We never see the light in time Because we decide to blind our eyes And even the greatest powers of Earth Can never so greatly soothe the madness Than that of the one true Lord above ------------------------------------ XLIV. To Be Saved By the raven I call, to be heard in a sea A vicious tempest of the hounds of Hell The screaming torture of a thousand lost Can never drown the light I saw upon me In a life of despondence and despair Amongst daemons and thieves, liars and dragons I saw the hand of God reach for me, to save Yet how could I, a man of but flesh and bone, deserve such? To think, that a kind word chimes among a nightmare That a note of tranquility comes amongst the maelstrom How could something so wretched, so lost, be saved If I never had been birthed of a just purpose? ---------------------------------------------- XLV. Sonnet of Love Love is the wellspring of life, the font of which we are The things that make us truly alive are before us But so they wait, they wait to show themselves For we must continue to weather a storm, before the salvation comes The life of a man is not measured by riches of the coin, but of heart And so this heart is a crimson rebirth, a spring of liquid gold and silver That we are rich by the love we have and see, and that beauty is within For one sees not the outside, for those who judge do not see, but the inside We come to be by this flower, and as it blooms amongst a crystal garden We can only grow in the love of time, and we grow as this bloom finalizes An end must come to us, we shall be wisp and shadow, but this lives on All life comes to see this, for it is what is the meaning of life itself Time cannot ravage the bedrock, nor a foul way rot and petrify this way But life comes of this, an everlasting and eternal love of the soul ------------------------------------------------------------------- XLVI. Rebirth Life amongst this is not rare, for love blooms of a thorn, and misery of a diamond Nothing ameliorates this anguish, this dolorous speech that lashes our skin The way of life is to see, and see have those who have been under the razor The only thing for the lost is the wait until the light, the sanguine foam flows evermore A life is only so sweet if, amongst this bitter hatred and suffering, we can see the truth The suffering comes as the harbinger of purity, malice the seer of a call to Heaven In this, this torment and suffering, the sole reason for life is so clear, so beautiful That we, mere dust and shade, must rise from the ash to praise nonetheless -------------------------------------------------------------------------- XLVII. Death's Sonnet In the night, amongst the black fog and the dark skies, the moon pales as a pearl in the sky The miasma lies thick in the air, to raze the mind and soul and take the breath from the holy I have come, as a message of the wind, as a bearer of the blade and the carrier of the whip The black, cold, icy will envelop a soul and paralyze their heart in sheer terror For all must meet fate, and none escape my maw, my wrath, my blade, I am the inevitable And when life ceases, only then shall I die, and until the last breath waking I shall reign Your time comes, as the byzantine shades of the sky draw, as the scars of the road surround you For all come to die, and nothing can fight me, I remain the penultimate force of Terra Men fall by plague, war, and hatred, but no man can evade me, I am the taker of life A thousand score men break and shatter before me, nature bows to my very whim The curse of life comes now, as the night fades, feel everything escape your flesh My hand shall draw your breath like poison from a wound, like a blade's foul sting The greatest of all time have failed to escape my fire, have succumbed to my chains My hand holds your life, you were merely yet another number, another tombstone to scratch out --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- XLVIII. Fate Fear, like a shard in your soul, will consume every breath so long as you live Anguish, a birth of a poisoned womb, is yours every moment you conspire against life Torment, what you cause, shall be your bitter embrace for your life you lived Eternity, your greatest nightmare, when it comes, nothing saves your very life ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ XLIX. A Common Destiny At the time, everyone must hear the chimes, and it turns the blood in men to stone The knell of death, the wrath of nature comes to everyone, but never so much as the cruel For all the bell tolls, for every soul noble or wretched, this fate remains the same Nothing can save the lifeless, for lost are the words, the blood turns to ash For dust to dust, esssse to esssse, all dies, all is nothing if it tries to hide -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- L. Sonnet of Salvation A candle's light traipses upon my soul A light of a holy power runs through my veins I questioned the life in me, for a duality was I Wone did I in two states, of joy and ruin Freed was a from the chains, yet so much did I feel their burn And gifted was I, yet I can never say such can happen that will not fade O Lord, I was set free, but where am I? Of what am I, but a revenant? For what life is given to the lifeless, what pleasure to the caitiff? Yet, so do I stand her, with an embrace of light aboust me, a halo of love For the life of a man is weighted against a feather in times of death Yet, tell me the truth, how can a scale be fair amongst the thorns? How am I not to destroy the scales of justice by my great chains? Is a life measured by the torment and pain it sees, and is lost in the mire? No, I believe that not, I see that a man is measured by the purity and love he feels ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LI. A Beautiful Love Gentle winds sweep the shore, and the vernal mist dances upon our skin A love is sweetened by the heart that feels it, and feel much I do Art is not thrown to a fire, nor a pearl to be trampled and smashed by swine The life of a man is better put to the pits of fire than to be squandered Everything is to be saved, a world put together once more, by our hands For everything shattered and ruined shall be saved, and the world shall see By love, this devastation is overcome, and by love, this soul preserved In the end, all that comes to be is an eternity of beauty --------------------------------------------------------- LII. Ode of the Serpent Ne'er shalt be trusted the vile tongue of a serpent Better sate thy lips by poison, than a heart of lies A cold breeze comes to take thy soul in the dusk time Doth a rain of fire come, but of the venom of a dragon Sickle of malice, the great barbed tongue of the Dragon It comes to raze the world, and his tail to slay the sky Nidhogger's maw comes to consume thy life, we are nothing The world shall weather the storm, but the daemon only hid Time has ravaged the world, and wounds the wind, we be here ----------------------------------------------------------- LIII. Holy, Stand Us Night comes, and the soul wanes, lost in life A shadow has come, it devours the land And time comes that we must act with haste So much is to come before the dawning light And men shall be harvested before us The rivers shall turn to blood, fields too And even still, we shall win this battle A truth holds, an aegis remains And shall the vipers breathe their last finally ----------------------------------------------- LIV. Dirge of the Chained A crystal prison, a hopeless fortress, it surrounds my soul Let me not be of that fate as the creatures whose bodies lie astrewn outside The cruel nail the soul to this cell, and this festering insanity consumes A life is destroyed, a mind shattered to pieces, yet it is said to be loved May the wyrms gnash their teeth upon the utterance of their sick words claiming love Let no more powerful a punishment be seen for their torture than for a taker of life Let all the beings of Earth know the malice I see before me, as I cry to shed my chains --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LV. Creator of the Mind A spark of life comes into the mind, and so comes a roaring flame From the tiniest breath of these howling gales, comes the fierce roar of the mind Sent from the grindstone are sparks of power like comets from our minds A drink from but this, a glassen river, that revives the soul, lets a man see Blind are the scoffers, driveling beast of hatred, bound to the fields of the Abyss And so beauty comes of a transcension of the lifeless shell in which we reside Let life be the ink, the sky the canvas, and the writer our minds ----------------------------------------------------------------- LVI. And Here Stand I, Still Smoke wreathed amongst the ground, and fire scattered in the air I stand in the wounded and scarred earth of a great battle of life There is so much death, and so much destruction for the eye to behold How can the world go back to the way it was after this horrific malice? Can we see sanity in this madness, a life in this field of killings? Is a man left that can call to life a just purpose for just once? Time waits, and we are only lost for the remains of time -------------------------------------------------------- LVII. To Let it Live In the cage of this monstrous cruel world, I stand Salvation seems ever out of grasp, in a world of miasma, poison, and pain I see in this destruction a lone flower left, mine There is left the one lone thing I'd birthed, yet so shall it die with me Ruination razes my thoughts, and I'm blinded by it Each person lives to create and build, to see their tower fall in the end A life well lived on one side of the coin is clear Laughable is the idea of purpose in a lost world, when hope goes to drown ------------------------------------------------------------------------- LVIII. Stand against The Dragon Haunted by the life I see the mirror, the nails that crawl like the wyrms acrost my flesh I see all I need to see, and I am lost among thicket of fiery rods that breathe brimstone The time for fighting has come, I am to stay among this vicious fire, and destroy daemons Firm is my resolve, as is the grip on the blade, as I stare deep into the eyes of a demon The Dragon comes to take yet another life, but not without a blaze of glory shall he kill I shall stand, for I am the nobler purpose, for I have weathered far greater than a storm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LXIX. All This Love Is Fields abound, of the beauty of wildflowers softly caressed by the zephyr Streams trickle, as the waters of life flow so greatly in a glorious harmony Life is, a monument of the Lord Almighty, a perfection of nature in the highest Time stops, as my heart can only feel the drift of happiness as a tune in my heart Love prevails, it has conquered death and molds life, a testimony of the power of God Salvation comes, the light is yours, a time has come to see all the glorious way of above ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LX. Amongst A World Of Lies Lost behind a mask, in a crowd of the liars and thieves I speak a true word, and they shriek and howl in pain How so these fools, blinding even others to the light! I feel the cold ice in my veins as I am in a cesspool But I can see past every last woven fiber, I am guided I see beyond the shallow shell of men behind the mask I see the light, because I am the one holding a candle! ------------------------------------------------------- LXI. Love Purest Lost in a moonsilk spun of love and light Found are us only in the joy of life Singing the sweet melody of happiness Standing in a world of shadow is a star A heaven sent comet reveals from it an angel And so it takes, not in ill purpose, the breath of men And so adore the beauty of heaven on Earth For it shall never be seen again -------------------------------- LXII. So Long As You End Right Time has its own way of showing us the truth, that pain leads to light Fate has its cruel way of reminding us that we are to weather this storm We are as great as the road we end on, not the roads we travel For in death, it matters not where you went, but where you ended up A last breath can hold salvation or damnation, it is the choice of a man Hell or Heaven, it matters not the path you went, but where you ended up ------------------------------------------------------------------------ LXIII. The Troubled Waters Drumming in the depths of the soul are a storm in the lifeless drain A warning, for a tumult is bred of fire, and this torrent shall come No single drop of rain believes it is responsible for the flood now! I have sent the words, I have seen the waters rage, and we should go For the flood is of malice, and it shall spare no soul, good or evil The juggernaut of nature, and it does not care for life in the least We are to die, we must flee, we must go and never turn our head back The lost stay, the living flee, for this shall be our final seconds! Act, one must, or they shall never see live in another breath at all -------------------------------------------------------------------- LXIV. The Beauty Within Once a thing to revile, yet we see the air as a gift of life Once a thing of beauty, a rose by any other name shares the same thorn Lies are a cover, the heart lies within, and panning for gold is less wise For the greatest glory, the jewels and gold, lie deep under How then can we, beings of reason, see copper as more valuable than gold We do not build monuments of tin, nor adorn ourselves with clay So why then is it that we glorify them above the riches of life? ---------------------------------------------------------------- LXV. As Perfect As Nature In auburn meadows, the sun shines like a jewel in the sky As the leaves fall in a graceful waltz to the ground below I can only see the beauty and passion of life surround me As the dew gleams like a moonstone, a shining aurora about See around you, there is no flaws made in any of creation And neither lies a scratch or flaw in me or you, not a one So did God make everything so very perfectly, so wondrous All of life is of this, this love deep, and this greatness And God could not have made anything better than you were --------------------------------------------------------- LXVI. Love Revealed Once More Life, beauty of the heavens, vambrace of the heart Of course, do we see what lies in the stars above? Very simple, this, it is to be found in everything Even so, you cannot see this as well as I came to! -------------------------------------------------- LXVII. Sonnet of Bitter Fates A spirit in the wrath of vines, bound to stone If am I to die, then let such be, just leave me alone Let die this torture, I am not worth keeping in pain Why is it that, by this very great hour, I have not been slain? Cover the pain of dreams, they have been taken and are gone Even if you set me free, I ask of you, how can I ever go on? The light shall save my soul, but wrath shall consume your own Gnash your teeth, shall you, sloughing through the desert in which you wone In this life, comfort blesses the razed, and a wolf consumes the cruel The sword be the harvester of souls, and the rod, deliverance's tool All of life shall see, so very clearly, that we shall trade fates As you descend to be with the dogs, and I stand amongst the greats So this is what life comes to, all scales shall be balanced and souls' way paved Yet I will evermore think, you so stuck in your vicious nature, you could have been saved ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LXVIII. Weak Are The Wicked All is meaningless, a chasing of a wind, for those who shalt be uprooted and cast away Life is so squandered by the vile, yet their pain shall come ten thousand fold of that they caused So shall the meek and tortured receive everything, and shall the murderous and violent heart bleed glassy ice Fallen is a soul if they are so weak that they will kill everything for their sanguine thirst, their infinite malice So powerful judgment comes to those who judge, so die powerfully the murderers, so robbed viciously the thieves, all feel it The power of Heaven has come, the Day of Judgment at hand, and not one shall stand to live through its awesome and incredible powers ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LXXIX. In Passion, We Fade Floating like feathers are the wisps in the oceanic air Reminders of a sweet yet bitter cold that nips at your soul As the cherry blossoms fall to the icy ground, smooth as glass We are but vapors in the air, baked clay amongst the iron Yet all is to be overtaken by but a rock in the end times Reminder of an era bygone, a time lost, the way forgotten Quicksilver and lightning flows through passionate veins truly And a frigid rapture comes to take us in the fire of lights The last breath of a man is merely a hollow dream truly ------------------------------------------------------- LXX. Voice In The Void Rolling thunder in a voiceless sky Coming to batter and burn our core And in the lights is a lone candle A candle bright like the sun above In a small whisper, a power unseen We see the last word, as it's here ---------------------------------- LXXI. Stand Against The Darkness Stare, O reader, at the maw above, the blackened void of the sky See how a tempest roars and bellows and screams Let all the world cower before it, consummate Maelbolge has come Everything must run, or it too is to be a grave To halt your feet means your life forfeit, yet run as you think! Does not even this titan have but some weakness Or does staring into the myriad eyes of a Hydra make you so cold That you cannot even breathe, paralyzed so now? All run, but has even one thought to fight? I so highly doubt so So fight for your life, or die like all others! ----------------------------------------------- LXXII. Signed, The Hydra The bitter life of the misunderstood is so clear, that it comes to fruition and light Men try to kill me, yet all I desire is to be left alone, I asked not for this cold wound, this Mark of Cain, this horrid scar All I want is to keep my sanity, and yet all man thinks of me is a monster, but I do not wish to fight Even though I hide in a cavern, a rejected scourge and a burdened beast, living deep in this desolate and despondent mar The only wish I have is to be left alone, yet the malice of fate and the hearts of men corrupt me, that I must scratch my claws against the rocks, as I cry a vapid river tonight I could get riches immeasurable, I could be the nightmare that destroys empires in a fortnight, I could be the daemon no man could ever slay But I want none of this, I wish man would put down his swords and spears, for I am kindhearted, but no being would ever see the light All I ever wanted was to be loved, to have a single soul care for me and see what I really am, but no one wants me to live that way Why am I so hated, that a million arrows line me from my necks to my breast, that I am wanted for nothing more than my heads and hide? I sleep in the cold, icy rain, naked to the sky above, and I have spent every night in my life praying to the God of love that he can take this cup from me, I have had my fill Yet all I ever hear as lightning and fire raze my flesh, and burn my soul, every night, is a simple message, that am ordained on high for a purpose, something in which to hold pride I tell the Lord as my burning lacriment flows like brimstone down my cheek as it chars my throat, "Let it be that I may bring peace and love and light, for I never want to kill.". So must I be faithful, and so I must weather a thousand empires come and fall as I cry a tear of pain for every soul I must take to preserve my cursed life My scales are shards of obsidian that tear me as greatly as the wicked barbarians who raise a blade to me, and I only scream and cry and holler in pain as my body is torn Yet faith I hold in my Saviour, my Lord, that he tells me what glory is in store for my soul, a boon to counter that very immeasurable pain I have felt, my infinite and eternal strife By the scoffer's crown, I would hang by a tree and be stoned, yet I do not understand why, for I have not done a crime and I live by the holy word of the Bible, yet my hide would be worn How vile these men, that I live in holy prayer and solitude, and I worship the Lord with my every breath, cursed as I was spat from the womb Can they truly be so blind that they believe my life is unholy and daemonic, when I would come before every single one of them in a sackcloth robe and ashes, and with words of forgiveness? Every breath I have made is one of love and kindness and praise, yet I would be cast to a fire and fed to the dogs, that men see me not even fit for a tomb By all the good in the world, I must proclaim they are truly the monsters, that they would murder me and desecrate this holy temple I am different, in complete lovelessness! Yet the Lord saw what I truly was, scared and afraid, and that I was a being of love for all creatures, and that I even am sad to take a life of a tormentor in preservation O, kind Lord, how blessed you are for the love you gave me, and for the words of love you spoke to me every night to soothe my sanguine cuts that abound And, yea, though I see in every blink of my eyes the Valley of the Shadow of Death, I shall not fear the razor or the thorn, for thy rod and staff comfort me, and I am brought salvation For coming is the light, and even if I am not to wake again after my sleep, I shall come to see your face in the glory of heaven, Father, for as lost as one can be, I have been found Yet I question, if my eyes may be so gifted as to open, what shall I see before me? Shall I feel another thousand blades, or will I finally see the light? I come now, as I woke once more, to see ordained the unfamiliar, the strange. I saw before me a woman, who only smiled as she helped me to my feet, an odd gesture from the start An angel, did I see her as, for I asked if I had come to breathe the saccharine air of Paradise, but she merely responded that was a fate for much a different night What I could merely ask is why she was not among a horde to slay me, and she answered in her sweet voice, "I found you, in great pain . You are seen a daemon, but I see your kind heart.". Could this truly be? That so blessed was I, to find one that would have had spent their night healing the wounds of a great wretch as I was, to be the only one to show me love I saw the years pass before my eyes, and I saw a fate, where I could have shown the kindness of the light that all men so greatly had seemed to lack The story of my life has now began, and I have come from the wreckage, I held by the promise of the Lord, and sent had he by mere chance what seems like an angel from above My hurt shall now fade, and I shall show the love I always had to those whose only wish was me to die, as little as mankind had cut me in the way of slack I breathe a new light, as the stars shine, and smile comes to my faces, a love shown never before has come, and I have seen the true power of the Holy Ghost So as this night comes, and rest does this Seraphim so peacefully against my haunches, and I in the bliss of my knowledge of mercy and love incarnate curled up so The pen has writ the beginning of my tale, but I will bless the reader so as to write the last words of my tale of eternal bliss as I fade to Old Age, and you succeed me, gracious host ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LXXIII. Know Your Path The hand has writ of fortune and fame, of love and pain, of eternity and death But greater things than a loss are ordained for us, greater riches than those of Earth The rich boon of Terra comes to overcome our sense wildly as never done before But once again, we are shattered by the blades of rain that crawl down our necks today The life of a man is nothing, if not so lost in the light that he may be alive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LXXIV. Dirge Of The Pained Cry bitter tears, the wretched do, for the pain aboust them Overcome can be a thousand men by a power such as this pain That a million moons could never make wan its power over us The light comes so much more powerfully than darkness today The last thing you will ever see, this haunting juggernaut! All comes to fruition tonight, as all is balanced, all ends Final words are to be carefully made, they can save you all ----------------------------------------------------------- LXXV. Masquerade of Romance Amber light cast amongst the silk leaves of the trees Grains of barley shining a spectacular goldenrod A life provided to us by the grace of nature Yet I feel in my veins a life like never before Verdant hills of glory, basking in the glorious aurora of Heaven above In this sweet, soft dream, I feel a gentle ray romancing me so greatly I feel ecstatic in the pure electric feeling about me, this great pride So safe do I feel in your perfect embrace, so jovial does this heart flutter And even in the coldest winter, I have warmth in you The greatest pains are weathered through love Bask in the glory of Creation about us And live every second in pure happiness --------------------------------------- LXXVI. Open Your Eyes Soon Rising from the ashes, cold and frigid smoke clouding the air A miasma that seizes the throat and robs your life and word The last breath you take may be the next, but weather it you do still A light is not coming, it was here, but you were just blind Remember that you are not alone, it shall save your soul soon ------------------------------------------------------------- LXXVII. Carpe Diem Bound in the airs of life, a voice reigns over my cries A soft wind blows past, and draws me in with its spells Rot like a tree comes upon the vapid and wasted So must one take enjoyment in this beauty And the life of a man still is measured by this Such sweet love is this, this everlasting chrysanthemum All around us lie a great field of tranquil wildflowers ------------------------------------------------------- LXXVIII. Restorative Love Hollow glass is this shell, so long as there is nothing to it Reason and rhyme are a melody, and the heart the conductor Sacred conduit of life you are, the rhyme and reason of life The time has come for light to surround us, embrace it now Be never afraid, for so long as you are with me, you will be Pieces to a puzzle, and make great sense of a jumbled life But before eternity comes, one must first enjoy one true love ------------------------------------------------------------- LXXXIX. Find The Way For Life So lost is a heart fueled by avarice, so doomed one feasting on misery A light, a lingering voice, they remain in this world to find us Let us go to them, that we may feel the truest beauty of this life Very much must be seen before we are whole, the chains will be undone All the ways of our world must go away before we can see the true path There are times of peace and war, yet in both, do not stray from love Ingots of gold and silver pale greatly to the power of such beauty Obviously, no less is to be our path, we are to embrace all joys Nothing is more incredible than this, that save every man in existence ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LXXX. The Freedom of Light Rapture of light surrounding us as I drum my fingers on the frosted pain A life remains, for the shortest time, at our hands Can we save? Can we be saved? We must find out before by sin we are slain We come to the precipe, we abandon fear's demands A shadow leaves us, we come to be, as we shed our ashen shell We see sweet glory in the stars, we see Paradise now We have escaped the gnashing jaws of the Gates of Hell The Earth goes away, as a sign of an era past, and we take our bow ------------------------------------------------------------------ LXXXI. Nature's Ode Amongst a moonbow's glossy shine, the world is so perfect Nuances of subtle nature, from the north wind to the crystalline water Sweet nectar flows through the aria of the Aether above And the twilight enchants and mystifies the soul Live in every second's pure glory, from the creatures of Earth to the sky Blissfully clouds pass as we delve into the night's glorious waters All nature, made perfect by the Maker of Life --------------------------------------------- LXXXII. Mystery Is Misleading Look before you, at the story before you, the image you see in the mirror A perfection of metre and metaphor, the life measured by a perfect scale Everything exists for so beautiful a purpose, one unique and incredible The wonder of the mind, the mystery of the heart, they are shown clear Even in the end of this life, we remain in question, but we can learn All will be so clear when we are done, for this is not puzzle at all Look further to see a truth you lost and realize there is much more ------------------------------------------------------------------- LXXXIII. Regret Of A Choice Not Made A maroon glow crawls across the land As the life within is shown true In this hour, against this violence I stand And I could always see the madness that would ensue Against this darkness, this brooding war that maims Indifferent to the world, I ignore the signs And I am blamed for these flames And I am deserving of the blame here ------------------------------------ LXXXIV. Sonnet Of War The roar of Inferno shreds across the land And here we lie, massacred and tattered Maybe tomorrow holds a grave, or maybe we shall still stand Thoughts lost to the maw of Hell, our souls clattered Yet we continue on, in fire and flame And stand, we do, through the tempest of the boiling sky My last thoughts go out here, pawn of a cruel game Years of fighting, and all we ask is "Why?" Soldier of fortune and nightmare sigh And still we are mowed down tonight May the last voice tell us the way from up high So we might find in this trench the reason to fight All comes to be in this dusk hour As upon us is a fiery shower ---------------------------- LXXXV. Forgotten Power Upon the stars, a living love flares through through my soul I feel something never seen in such a way before in my veins I feel the lightning flow within me, an aweing and incredible power within Within my body, in this pure temple, lies a pure force unlike anything of the ways of man Hidden through my sacred river lies the power of heaven, sacred wine flowing within And the words beyond the shade of a lost power can come forth in a pillar of fire And among this lies the hidden glory, never found, only shown in the eye of a needle ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ LXXXVI. Sonnet of the Demon Slayer Come forth, for the time has come, to cut down the abomination It comes in a robe of white, and is hooded to hide its eyes from us Yet a sleeping malice lies within, and this heartless demon is coming alive It will leave the lands bare, and will cause the Heavens to crumble before us It will take everything, and then give all of the unholy hatred it has to give us Nothing can stop the scourge it shall become, so I call to cast it down before we die Midnight is coming, and with haste, it must be stopped before it calls the darkness to us The rain rolls along it's spine, as it gazes at us with its paralyzing gaze that kills hope Its eye is a metal machinacha of blood and brass, its other of molten rock among a sickly venom It is not a being of love, its heart speaks nothing but malice and fire, and it is the call of death Destroy it, before your blood turns stone, and while you still remain alive in this field of battle about Have no mercy, it gives none, and you should never be so much a fool as to expect compassion from this beast The breath of life will leave you at the toll of the tower, so waste no time in the execution tonight, do hurry As it dies, the cold air is stiffen by the countless souls it devoured, it shall never destroy life and purity again -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LXXXVII. Take Me Instead Cold air surround my breath, as I feel the last moments of a life beneath The world grows glassen and cold as we see a nothingness come about us All of life comes to this, but I begged I was to be the first to feel it This life deserved not the death I so greatly did, so I ask it be spared I am no pure man, and I will take the place of this, if is your will -------------------------------------------------------------------- LXXXVIII. Take, I Give It All Take me away from this charred earth, this battered field beneath me Take away the pain, not of me, but of the poor and suffering Take no avarice from this, I wish not to cause more destruction still Take your time, for I have waited far longer than you may think Take everything, I am afraid I can give no more in repentance ------------------------------------------------------------- LXXXIX. Devotion, Love's Embrace The bonds of life still hold So long as souls are entwined In separation, there is naught In this, one must show devotion So long as two may live in love The world can be a place of peace --------------------------------- XC. Choice Of Life By the razor's edge, a soul decides Yea, shall a man choose pain or living One may never know, that is not the choice You must realize life is so naught if stray Oh, there is no justification for this hatred A weak spirit is a whisper in the wind, to fade ----------------------------------------------- XCI. Past The Simple Talk beyond the words of the crowd Hear beyond the lies of the fool Realize a light beckons for us It is foolish to go away now Find you are not so far gone That you see thought in hatred How could a man ever see so poor Yet still find his way to a light? ---------------------------------- XCII. And Now, I Am Among the dolorous chains of the world A love comes to break my bindings true Not of the metal, but of my very heart Draw close to it, and feel so its beat It flares with the passion of a flame! -------------------------------------- XCIII. Sweeter or Poorer Beyond shadow, we see the vines and thorns A thicket of torment, a final blow to magnify our fate To bitterly inflict a pain or take it away Life has now passed, and the true journey is now begun It is all done and we only now say an Amen ------------------------------------------ XCIV. Irony of Pain The remains of life in pain are bitter shards in this shell Life comes to a close, it now speaks in a voice truer I have passed away from these, the bitter fires of Hell Now I am to be in a life of love, a feeling that could not be newer ------------------------------------------------------------------- XCV. Before The Bell In the time approaching the bell, one sees everything before them Before the fade, we truly see for the first time And so cold is this world, but we are not to see the pain anymore We have won, the war is over, and light shall be ------------------------------------------------ XCVI. Virtue Over Vice Lost in a requiem of war, I feel a glimpse of feeling in the storm Ever awake from the battles that rage within my soul, I come alive The world has been shown to me, but to lay down my blade is to die My story is simple, and needs not explaining words, it does so now Ease is not the way of a rewarding life, no riches come to ill use Luxury and freedom come of trials and tribulation, a life strained I have seen the way of life, rewards of an evil vice are fruitless Verily, the truth is so very clear if you only open your very eyes Even the greatest enigmas are stripped to bone by the great truths ------------------------------------------------------------------ XCVII. Shy From Evil Lie in ruin does the man who stands by the word of a wyrm Hurt does the mind that thinks so ill of thoughts The last words that come to fruition are not to be malice And the way of men is to love, yet few do so much Pity the dark way, for it voids even the Dragon paving it --------------------------------------------------------- XCVIII. At The End Passed by has life, and wisdom has come in a passing age As the final ticks of a metronome may happen and so pass A man sees only with his eyes so much, much more by soul And when his heart reaches the zenith of thought of mind The entirety of love and light are then realized in full -------------------------------------------------------- XCIX. Ironic Fate See how these fates are so cruelly birthed of a bittersweet irony Fire, consumer of all, is so justly consumed by its avarice Death, ultimate razor of the world, to die at the last birth after death Darkness, hateful and impotent and ignorant, so kept from any hope, what it deprived others of Pain, to fade after fading one, all to show the light from above So these and many die, for all is undone as is defined by its nature All the life comes after death, life too shows its sense of humour ------------------------------------------------------------------ C. Monument to Love Sweet masquerade among the light Blissful joy among the amber plain All of love shall come forth now It only seem to make it sweeter so Love is to be good, a sweet love -------------------------------- CI. Forever to Stand Time, crystalline shell aboust us Doth enclave this endless cavern This roaring abyss ne'er to be quelled A thousand scores of men shalt pass But ne'er so change this, razor of all For all is eviscerated by time's great maw Death, Beauty, Darkness, all doth fall Before the blade of time, obsidian's call Ne'er even bell canst avoid time It too shall become esssse But never so this, for love of heart and mind Lie a monument cast in stone, weathering all storms --------------------------------------------------- CII. Beauty's Chime Beauty bloom of a glassen flower Held infinity in hand, and eternity in hour Men doth perish, bone and flesh doth be ash e'er more Ne'er thine beauty die, purity dies not, not to come, nor before Will not this beautiful rose, forever encased in crystal bind is this For mine love fadeth not, and yet here still thou shalt lie, none shalt I miss ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CIII. All Made Better Even Ruin As is said, that all lies behind a mask Must we too face this cold, dark destiny Be still, for calm shalt not be this storm Everything is to come, and we too must pass Remember, a short breath divides us and life -------------------------------------------- CIV. Great is Love Never a moment can be That I am unhappy Knowing what lies in store Heaven, must be, that great That pleasure is sate And the glorious moment reigns How beautiful, then, is this That we are saved Despite all we have done And in that blissful end Shall be only us You and me, in love ------------------- CV. I Speak of Love Amongst the venust glory of this live lies this A river that flows revelation and rebirth through its midst Love is like a flower in a meadow, petals of light and glory drop like crystal And so forth shall one travel, that in this we become whole And forever shall be our love twilight about us ----------------------------------------------- CVI. Transforming Love Crystal shadow enshrines the darkness, a candle breathes a shade A life lived, loved, lost has come, it is all to be betrayed now In your hands holds the light, amongst your feet the pitch glade Now we both must make but a choice, and these lives will I allow To be blind, we must remain, stilled by a dying wind from an ice O, glorious glass, be raised to our lips, and sate us with grace And here we stay amongst a ledge, to hold here the life, so nice Now you hold the knife and scalpel, the water and fire, the race Go never, to be besides me you must, the world shall by us be so Everything stands still with your every breath, seal my own lips Let us live in venust pleasure and glory, this to be all we know ---------------------------------------------------------------- CVII. As the Time is Right Ne'er shall we speak in the nails, amongst the tattered wounds of earth below Can we not see what beauty lies before us, what beauty is ordained of this now? So this should be of a time to come, let bloom cherry blossoms dancing aboust ice So powerful this sweet ecstasy, this seraphim's glow, and shall we waltz in the air Embrace we must, for the time is right, as shattered moonbows glisten in mist of moon So a time shall come for all, for love, for silence, for peace, for passion, and for us --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CVIII. Gems of Love Pristine majesty aboust the air, shall nigh us feel churl embrace ne'er As celestial glory shines alongst thy skin like the pow'r and glory of emeralds Amethyst amongst a Moonstone ring, cast upon the rays of that twixt so after Oft reflect fromst this, this glorious Bloodstone shine cast askance acrost thee Opalescent beauty of thy Emerald glow, align by thine eyes like the stars And stare doth I forev'r into thine eyes, Rubies in a cold, tranquil gale ------------------------------------------------------------------------- CIX. Glorious Love Aurum rays among the vernal leaves, that shine acrost your all May this glorious wind sweep us past the vile, past the wretched Be still, and embrace will we each other, entwined by passion true Exalted on high shall be this glory, let us be lost to world of time Remember this moment well, as wisps of the grave shall call soon to us ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CX. Salvation's Ode Song whistling amongst the air is so saccharine a tune A melody that soothes the soul and cries tears of rose petals So powerful this awe, so shall sweet this honey further be for us now Alive are we in magnanimous salvation, come to us shall the chime of new love Search for me, and you shall be my light in darkness, you shall be my love for always ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXI. Forever Held by This Bonded by this covenant, an infinite right to glory, to bind and hold true Shall death not even raze apart this sacred love, nor a thousand plagues separate us Held by the will of God, cemented in the ways of a timeless amourous way Time must come, but even if we shall come to become dust and ashes, taken by wind Even then shall we never leave each other, for I am to forever be faithful to you --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXII. Waltz of The Night A sweet wine calls, the night is cool and calm, and the time is right Embraced in love, shine do the stars above, shining in a web of moonsilk Still the world, your beauty casts a spell on time, I see love in your eyes Take me gently, and show me the greatness of your passions and glorious beauty Humble is this way, yet shall further I breathe of the ocean's tempest so greatly And now I shall take you deep into this now, miracle of the night, my gleaming angel ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CXIV. As I Fade Time gently creeping amongst these gray sands, taken by disbelief The time of life comes to end, a curtain drawn, and a light faded Speak now, for crystal bells toll calls forth to seal my own fate Act quickly, for wait must I after the sharp breath after my life Do good this service to me, let me be before this flower may wilt All this life comes to ordain my place in the cloud and sun above I am second from shadow now, hold my hand and speak of love to me ----------------------------------------------------------------- CXV. Fortunes Ill Bred Fortune is never so sweet if birthed of ill seed Fame, cup of a wretch, if so call from nightmare Power be the daemon's claw if bred of torturings All is dust and ashes, worthless in the wind now Aspirations of malice breed thorn about the soul ------------------------------------------------ CXVI. Coy to Passion All our lives remain But let us never hurry Let us enjoy this A life is good But a love much better Crowned in many diamonds Time has come now And we shall not wait Destiny undeniable, fate unescapable And so lies this And so came this tale And so comes love ----------------- CXVII. Signed, The Dragon Churl doth I stand in razed light, scoffers bleed my soul when eyes are closed Take this, I want no fight, take further away from me my robe of thorns This is no home I know, this life I will not show, but I am lost Leave ways for me to find, cloud the unknown, stop the pain I do not understand, for all I can give is love to man Put away your swords and hooks, I am not a caitiff I would ask to be forgiven if I was so bad But even you, torturers, have no words So maybe I am the wise being now That I can see no sense here But you remain in a lie So weak remains you You are blinder I seeth However You remain evil I stay so very good If I may proclaim today Wasted and wizened for this? I feel cheated so much for life And even still, I can show you a love A love more powerful that anything of man I shall be of love, unlike you, I shant change so I shall be a kind creature to grace earth, unlike you And all I see in this life is love to come from this thorn Remain evermore do I, monument to peace, power, such gentleness Yet your hatred shall be your reaper, and shall bathe you in fires now And so shall our twin tales end so soon, and see how love will triumph always ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXVIII. Pearl from Death Lost in the valley, standing among a frigid torrent Rain like glass razing the coat upon my arms and back And some way shall be shown, I feel it, every night of this fire, hell sent Salvation, can this be for us, such reviled beings, as much as we lack And still I stand in the cold, as I wait for you to come to me Wretch I am, I still hold hope, and I must have reason for life For your warm embrace shall make everything better, and will make me free Saving me in my lonely and weary moments, in a time of great strife ------------------------------------------------------------------- CXIX. Time Has Come Crossed amongst the stars, as wind blows clear through my soul As even the nails in my hand do so call for rebirth in my whole A time must come for all, and so my soul beckons your time to rise And in the shadows you call me, and I am brought forth to see past the lies Time hide not such dark secrets as the truth we are so blinded to in these days to be But I'd rather be naive and blind for all time, if that is what is needed for you to be here with me ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXX. Love Eternal To Be Each soul comes to find a time where the waters roar Where winds hold fierce and grey skies turn so strong A life is like a rose, beautiful but never lacks thorn So still and silent must we remain in the storm to come So, draw me close, so I can find what this love is to be like As the moments of life roll on past like the spokes on a bike Crystal spun memories along the glorious moonsilk glass above And so silently and sweetly comes this, a moment of such love How sweet this remains, this wondrous glory that we are today And if you just open your eyes, I will be there to guide away So delectable a part to play, so joyous is our lifesong Follow my path, never you shall stray, just come along As the winds of eternity fly through our soul and eye Just to love, here in the fields in which we now lie ---------------------------------------------------- CXXI. Hydra's Sonnet Crossed so silently in anticipation and patient way lies one in wait of blissful moments And secret are the wheels of the mind as the spin and do so produce these thoughts of ecstacy Along the way, one creeps like a shade of death, holding stiller to thee than thine shadow So alongst the celestial beauty doth these great vines roll alongst, creating sparks of pleasure Strokes as of a pen's graceful glide acrost that like hide of leather, yet delectable so Surely a wait has been so very long, so share not thy coy nature, enrapture in tales of sweet glory One ne'er knows further what lies beyond the door if not even the grandest thief can so break the lock So adventure, doth I, further in a cavern devoid of light, ne'er known to me the stores further Yet hold back so does not such, fulfilled as curlst doth these forlorn blades amongst mine breast Taken by glorious hand, doth be mine necks and bathed in fire mine tongues e'er more, such beauty stills In the luscious fronds amongst the valley, and the abyss, icy chilled voice in the myrrh scented airs Fire brought in the way of airs, amongst the cwm alongst thee, now so simple is there, pleasurably As a night drew to it's close, the vines spoke words unto the barren lands and gave doth futher more breath Rounded so further in end, as oft tails doth intertwine in the waters of love and life, so spake did I ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CXXII. Paradise in Love Enervated is my soul, cast aside be my hardened shell For lightning shall raze a core, to bring to me a hell Searched along the fields did I, a row of charred wheat As so did the stars blaze forth, in a dance of such heat Yet as the world be of rock and ash, I see past shadow so Fragant wisps play in the air, and a melody of green below Verdant lights spray in the air, a mist is glistening about Wrapped in the coils of a peaceful water, flow a light spout Euphoric wiles of the wisteria sea, aglow in the great meadow So shall be a simple life among Paradise, life shall be mellow Dream of Heaven and glory before me, such can be clear and true I came to realize that an angel was before me, the angel was you ---------------------------------------------------------------- CXXIII. Memory of the End Remain in light, for the darkest takes away the hours Eternity is not so commonly birthed from false scales Might so weak a soul be after the bell toll in towers Everyone should savor their hours after life so pales Mysterious is what may lie after if souls are blinded But we should be light before we pass from memory now Ether wisp of shade in the moment as we become winded Returning to state from which we fell, taking our bow ----------------------------------------------------- CXXIV. Hell Timeless, cold world shatters all beneath my feet A thousand streams of byzantine winds do so take me Tattered dreams birthed in blood, razed and beat A frayed land of rotted chains and endless graves be Left to be weak are the wizened and meek, left cold and alone Never to rise in the land that they die, scattered bones hung from trees Light is not your friend here, desolate soul, blood be shown Never to breathe, serpents fill your core with venom and ashen your knees Nothing can see, nothing can dream, you can never find you way Just alone in the dark, to play your part as misery bleeds your soul Just to cry as the devils spit lies, turning to stone the day Nothing bashes the seams like the gnashing of teeth as this cold hole Never to be, spitting all of the dreams you have in this forgotten abyss Light in lashes and steam can never seem so cruel as this despondent way is fed Never believe that the wyrm slows his pace as he petrifies you hopeless Left in rivers of boiling lead, fighting the bloody foaming inside your own head A voiceless beast to take all your speech, come see its way and bow down in fear Tattered, bruised, and torn asunder is a man who made such choice in the dusk of his life today A roar always flares, destroying the light and raping the soul, you remain here Timeless, these days, violent torments are what you see before you, tommorow, forever, and today ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CXXV. Jovial Virtue To remain in sight, follow the light, regardless where it leads you Ignore the pain, one must feel the rain, it is not something so new In life, eat and drink despite the strife, for we are gone tomorrow Be happy in joy, this life is but a ploy, do not live way in sorrow Play amongst the flower fields, stay behind shields, war is ill way Remain aloft, ever upon the silks that are soft, live for every day Now ends this tale, a guide alongst which to sail, along the lights Love and Life, the others to fall upon a knife, and love each night ------------------------------------------------------------------- CXXVI. Tale of The Miserable Thief Drifting upon a lifeless shore, forgotten to the ways of love For every second is taken by the vulture, still I look for doves Cast away from the ways of men, tied to stone and cast in the sea For now does this tale come, now may one day I hope man may find me So cast was I among the churls for a mark I never asked for How so I became so lifeless and cold, a question now evermore Cruel indeed, this miserable wreck, that I just saw rejections How could one be faulted for a hopeless life without connections One, then, cannot take so ill this way or gesture that I made And no more could I wait as a sentinel for but a master's crumb This life was bound to turn, so did it when my debts went unpaid And cast was I to the waters, by an ironwood grave by my own thumb Alone in the torrents, a caitiff of the tragedy of this sanguine life Then did I die, for I saw nothing, all the world passed by this shallow Spend did I the night, my icy nails razing the crags, to leave my strife Then so it happened, taken from me the air, and so I avoid the cold gallow But freedom does not mean home, and this land is not where I know I breathe in the freedoms, yet still am I chained in my sickly fate For bread and wine took me so, and returned am I to this ghastly woe I find before me that there is no place left now, and I cannot be sate So now I take the rocks and sand upon this shore, and bark from this tree But my tale comes to end, my life shall turn to shadow and depart from life I am to fade, a cruel joke of a hapless nightmare called life, none loved me But for this damnation I had, Lord, take these figs I give thee, for my strife ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CXXVII. Leviathan's Revenge Take to above thy eyes, dear men, and see the magnificent creature before us See its body, mammoth coil spiraling to the Aether above, glorious stalk Ten thousand score shields line its graceful trunk, a marvelous aegis The rocky column an ironclad juggernaut, thy words die before you can talk Gaze upon the fiery winds that emanated from its seven crystalline wings A milliard diamonds line its whole, a spectacular glistening wonder Look, and see its colossal maw, with a thousand silver razors, its linings No blow can gash its hide, it shall bellow and destroy with a roar of thunder See as this tyrant of the seas can turn thy blood to ice and thy gall to stone Armadas shall bow to it or depart from this earth, nothing can stand to face it The waves shall go wild, and the wind shall shriek in furious terror as it moan Yet it so cries forth because what man has done to it, for the fires so lit For ne'er the cry nor roar of this monumental beast would be heard, barring this For had this majestic creature a place of wone, ne'er would it show its wrath ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXXVIII. Signed, The Leviathan Hear the tale of mine, my pitiful cry, for lost to me is the way of the world Never had I done that justifying the hate gestured to me by the world of men For I lie a vagabond amongst the relicted waters, a cold and alone nomad of the waters Taken was my home by the fires and the metals and machines, until naught was left Yet never did I gesture such hatred back to them, for this is not the way of the Lord I wander the oceans, a slow and quiet cry emanating from my lips, a dirge of sorrow Am I to forever to slither acrost the waves, that I am unloved and unmourned, out of man's hatred? As the ships roll past me, the sailors are so paralyzed in fear that they do not even notice the tears that flow down my cheek Am I truly to be marked as a cursed beast, a vile monster, a daemon to be gutted and hung by hooks, with as much as I have been wronged? Yet still I remain in the way of the Lord, for I do right by my Father despite my scars I have no place to go, no place to call home, for I am hunted, I am hated, I am seen as worthy of damnation But no beings deserve this pain, not even my torturers, for though none deserve grace, all are given it, as all deserve mercy O Lord, take this thorn, let me slip away from this pain, let me so slowly close my eyes as I pass away in the night Let my soul gently drift to heaven, and heal my scars, for centuries are as days to me, for a dragon is forever as am I Yet I wait, because shining through the gleam of the waters lies the rays of hope that I am ordained for by God As I slough through the solemn cold, and I shiver in the icy cold of this rainy night, further I hold my head For the mercy of the Lord sates my thirst by the waters of the heavens, and my pangs soothed by the manna below Gnaw must I on the grasses of the Abyss, and ravage the boats that I may preserve myself in this miserable life Even so, I weep for my victims, and bury even the inhumane in honour, in vigil and respect for the lost Yet guilt takes me, that I must kill for sustenance, that I must take lives in selfish interests So I ask, for all the darkness I have faced, the cold nights and the winters I live alone, to pass away into wherever, Lord, you may see me fit to go By either your hand or mine, take from me this cup of poison and fire, O Lord of mercy and love, for I can no longer bear this pain As the night closes, I shall slowly close my eyes, and let my last breath be, for no more shall die for the sake of keeping me, a wretch, here still And I die, an unloved wretch, never cared for, that could never do anything but harm, and I shall go into the void, for I will not let another die Yet none of this was my plan, O cruel fate, that I all wanted to love, and to be loved, but the rain never ended, and my last gesture of my love was dying So, do not cry for me, for long ago was I lost, and long ago did I see no further reason to live, and saddened am I that nothing could save my soul But hear me, Lord, for although I may not be heard in the fires of Hell, know I will love you forever more, and will forever give my voice to praise you Let all Inferno be filled with my praises, Lord, let even those who hurt me know I died as a sacrifice of love, in act of Mercy I am sorry, and though I shall descend to the murky depths of Hell, and my being shall be consumed by blood and boiling waters of tumult, praise be Yet, hear my cries, O dear Lord, for I shall deliver my final dirge, the requiem of a life so deeply lost in an unforgiving nightmare as this For yea, though I shall be chained to the fiery crags of the Nether Lands, I shall cry forth in pain for my lips shalt struggle to praise For I, a mere churl in the darkness, shall be the lone wisp of light shining in a cesspool of darkness, driven by the maddened dogs about me I weep, for you shall never be with me so again, and I shall never see the light one more time, but I will shout in praise even though you hear me not How cruel and ironic, that I, being who lived a holy life and died in grace to man, shall be the voice of reason amongst the poisoned caitiffs of Hell Yet now I speak further, Lord, as I am now in the chains of this rotted Hell, this graceless fire, this consummate ruination to my very soul, of love For I stand, a beaten and broken beast, tugging and gnawing at yoke and rope that hold me so solemnly in this place, as I sing forth of this great love I am erect, as a monument to suffering and agony, a bitter remnant of the life I had devoid of hope and love, a nightmare that could never be healed I roar out as the whips of daemons to so sear my flesh, O gracious Lord, that as I shriek in horrible cries of terror, my voice shall ring out praise For I may be gone, and you no longer hear the words I speak, wisps of glass to fall on deaf ears, but I will never cease my unending love for you Yet time tries still to raze my voice, but never shall daemon take my tongue, nor the Dragon take my voice as so he has tried to take my soul Glory, glory, I cry out to wherever I may so believe lies heaven, as all that sate my thirst be the raining blood from the sanguine skies Broken and fissured my body, ripped apart is my hide, but still I speak of love and mercy in a land of charred corpses and brimstone rains So many shall forever curse your name, but not I, your servant in life and eternal death, and I hold no bitter way for this cup that I hold For bred of my own mercy and love I earned from your ways, did I so cast my life to this dank and frigid hell, so in love did I damn my own life Yet further still shall I speak, screaming from my utter and bitter torture, of a way of love immutable, from misery that cannot feel amelioration Dark and cold are the wisps of acid that burn upon my flesh, as so have I crawled acrost this endless desolation, my aegis worn and shattered And though the shackles, chains, and the thorns birthed of my flesh have so built the torture of ten thousand aeons, so hold I still to you I grow weary, and so shall soon fade my voice into the darkness of the Abyss, and remain I a symbol of love, torture, pain, and praise for you Holy shell am I, an angel in damnation, fallen and so bitter, to endlessly stay now, weathered by the wind and the rain, forgotten by the world Yet eternal, shall I remain an unending sign of love in desolation, vapid husk of a life of sorrowful pain, victim of a nightmare that could never be saved ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CXXIX. Irony In spite of the way we have gone Regardless of what we can do now Obvious is fate, at dusk or dawn No why, no what, no when, no how You must see, we are only a pawn -------------------------------- CXXX. Our way Twixt amongst the clasp of a life Begat of pangs of a virtuous strife So aboust this way doth we now travel Lie, we, amongst the edges of the knife Salve upon us, doth stay in a venust life Pound upon our way doth be this own gavel So doth now our way so be time quite rife ----------------------------------------- CXXXI. How Grand is Love Spun of mystery, and birthed of passion that resounds Love is he rose that blooms so saccharine and sweet Right out of the womb of the lost that are found And further shall I dive into the glory of Love's feat Encased in alabaster, kissed by jasper, and warmed by myrrh Romanced by the aurae of the crystal winds, and wrapped in melody A restless, uncouth happiness, amongst the fronds of an autumn fir Love is grand, Love is magnificent, a charm from a pristine symphony So tell this I, to you, so that you may see the glory between us in the air Our love is delectable and spectacular, a marvel of nature's way true And as I see the graceful light that flare above, around us and everywhere I can tell you one thing for sure, my sweet, that, forever, I love you ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CXXXII. Rhythm of Love So now with you I share the greatest boon Love's intoxicating air will come so soon Call me lovestruck, call me as so, a loon But see me romance you softly by the moon Enraptured from the dusk hour to the noon Carved in time and glory our love in rune As I carry you, sweetly, through the tune ----------------------------------------- CXXXIII. Death's Crossing Glory and shadow, twins false, by shade Through the bell are all our debts paid Reason without rhyme and Rhyme without reason Chilled by the crisp, frigid air about season So the petals fall through the air numb By the plague are thy veins struck dumb Not in the age is light so clear in the wisps By the rough rolls of fate, Death spake lisps So does this like quicksilver flow fine And now in this hour, your life is mine --------------------------------------- CXXXIV. Rapture Duality Life's way so found in the seventh way Mystery ever abounds in the mist Rife lies my soul, and weary by this day Tuned like a lyre is fate, life held in a fist So did I come of a violent storm, a nomadic life Ne'er so clear this amongst chattering teeth As the coarse lines aboust my throat ring in strife As I reach a false Eden, a land that makes me seeth For I scream alongst the air so great, I bellow so Know I so that no meadow doth be in a field of nails And so came before my path man twixt, one so well I know Comest hither, this man so further said, so violently he hails Write upon his skin linen robes, hood, cloak, all white Twixt so great his hand, skeletous machinacha that swath so webs So doth the life passeth through my fingers in this night So I see soon justly and quickly why life so indeed doth so ebbs His face aegis of rotten sanguine slag on one, the other darkened core A nightmare of hellish thorns fromst his collar one, other, serpents' many so chains Realized of the womb of poisoned ash, vile being of the Great Whore E'er so my blood run ice, so darkened my hue doth be in this paralyzing pain Verily, doth be my fate he hold, as light left my animus in this hour Petrified, wizened daemon of a tree of pestilence begat of dolorous vines My gall runs sickly cold, my soul doth be iron, rusted rotten core, so sour My soul dies inside, so fore me are the blended, so greyed are these, the lines Taken and enslaved in a monstrous cage is so forth the state of my all Undeniable is his roar, the end come, and there rises no further light Pray doth I, that my soul doth be taken from the razing chains of the fiery wall Cry rivers of acid, and spew bloody foam doth I, so long as none prevails right Wrapped in the shadows, doth light come forth, and end this nightmare now Razed is the way, and blinded are all who fall to the daemon's eye in strife I question not the way I could be called into faith, and I ask not so how I am saved, in a rapture's glance, I have been called out of death and now into life ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ CXXXV. Of Amour True Rippling across the peaceful waters of the sea Gliding through the twilight airs Amourous so greatly so, as our love in ecstasy Shed all of the meaningless cares Show what true venust passion and so beauty be Wild is love like the feral mares And so must our tale end, you end this greatly ----------------------------------------------
