I continue my new In the Closet video series with
on the Season 6 finale of MLP. So what did I really think?
This finale shat all over the ponies I've grown to love over the last six years, and was a truly fitting end to the travesty that was season 6 of My Little Pony: Friendship Was Magic.
OK, maybe it wasn't that bad, but I wasn't a huge fan, tbh. Though on its own it was arguably a good episode, I just can't help but see it as a sign that the mane six are on the decline. It's
Oh hey, it's a real analysis video! With Season 6 of MLP upon us, I figured it was about time I got back to making these videos. I, for one, am excited for the new Starlight Glimmer Show starring Spike. Yay. Can't wait. fmita

Do your friends talk crazy like this about your favorite purple pulchritudinous poindexter pony princess? Having trouble explaining why Twilight Sparkle is not an actual Mary Sue or OP? Well my friend, have you arrived at the perfect video opportunity for you! Ensconced within the confines of this digital video you will find the answers to these perplexing problems that plague you!

It's that time again, time to hear what some random fat brony thinks about the newest episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Specifically, we're dealing with
here, folks. Really, it was an okay episode. I like how there was further character development of Twilight Sparkle (along with more evidence she is not a Mary Sue) and Fluttershy. Unfortunately, the plot was a tad on the predictable side. Oh well, can't win them all! What do you guys think?
I purchased some new audio equipment (specifically Roland CS-10EM Binaural Microphones/Earphones and a Zoom H4n Handy Recorder) and decided to test them out on a new episode of
, taking a look at the newest pony episode Hearthbreakers, centered around Hearth's Warming (with some bonus content on The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows).
I really had a lot of fun with this episode, Nick Confalone delivered the goods here. The dynamic within and between the Pie and Apple families was a true treat, al
Finally back with a brand new analysis! I loved this episode, it's now possibly my favorite pony episode ever. It took me three months to make this video, due to life always getting in the way. I'll be doing a couple cons this summer. First off, this weekend (holy crap it's tomorrow!) is the Grand Brony Gala in Tampa, FL, where I'll be hosting a panel with Brawny Buck on Friday and Sunday at 1pm in Salon A called What Makes Pony Good: An Introspective Into the Brony Review and Analysis Community (a full description is below).
If you can't make it there, I'll be at BronyCon from August 7-9 where I won't have an official panel but will be doing a live Pony Tonite Podcast with DJ Tets
Wow this took like forever, but I finally finished up my collaborative video with AnY Entertainment on MLP: FiM Season 5 Episode 5, Tanks for the Memories. I worked a ton on this over the past week, hopefully you'll find it entertaining and enlightening.
Sorry it's been a while since I last rapped at ya, been busy with new pony, work, and school. I know, same excuses as always! I'm planning on working with a fellow brony analyst to do a proper review of Castle Sweet Castle, but wanted to let you guys know the Marefriend and I sat down together and recorded our thoughts immediately after watching the episode. So check it out below:
Also, last weekend was an open server weekend for the wonderful pony game Legends of Equestria.
Well, Hasbro has finally graced us with new pony again! Please join me below as I take an analytical look at the Season 5 Premiere episode, The Cutie Map.

It's been a busy few days. The Marefriend put together a new review video which will be released tonight, I made a new episode review that will be released tomorrow, and I created that PMV I've been wanting to do for about a month now that I released last night. Check it out below:

Yesterday marked my one year anniversary as Corpulent Brony online and on YouTube. It was on that fateful day a hasty and poorly thought out decision was made to record
of myself promoting The Marefriend's Patreon account shirtless and to call myself Corpulent Brony.
I now have 1,050 subscribers, many of which I am very lucky to also call my friends, and I've created almost 100 video
I recorded the live action parts of the video over the weekend, and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. So happy, in fact, that I think I'm going to eschew the fully animated portions I had planned and just do the animation on top of the live-action video. Most of that tedium was actually accomplished last night, leaving just some fancy After Effects editing that should take the thing to the next level followed by combining it with the introduction I have been working on for a while now
I want to thank every single one of you for helping me get to 1,000 subscribers. The Corpulent Cartel is truly an awesome force. Please submit any questions you might have for the Q&A in the comment section of the video. Submitting a question will gain you an entry to the giveaway, where I'll be giving away a core deck of the Twilight Sparkle Secret Shipfic Folder game or a copy of the Equestria Girls: Rainbow Rocks Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack. Check out the video description for full rules. Than
