Hey everyone! (I won't be using fandom-isms I'm afraid). It's been over 3 years since I last visited this forum. And indeed, it'd been about that long since I last kept up with our little horse cartoon. I'm a college sophomore now, though it seems I'm even less mature than I was when I was teenager. Or at least less inhibited. I fully embrace my love of video games, anime, and kiddie shows again, and so do my friends, so that's cool. I also came out as trans in real life and that's not going fan

SO I managed to re-submerse myself in the hellpit that is technicolor cartoon horses, so here's my overall thoughts:
Top favorite (new) characters this season were Starlight Glimmer, Coloratura, and Svengallop. Two pieces of garbage and a cinnamon roll for good measure.
(It's the hair.) Hate the CMC's cutie marks! Hate 'em! But there's no lasting animosity. It's just a cartoon. I just dislike the shields and wished they had more individuality about them. Whatever.

Today I arrived home to find that I had been invited to a friend of mine's bar mitzfah. Now, I have never been very religious and hardly know a thing about my family's religion, so how am I supposed to understand how someone else's works? Sure I know the basics, like what a bar mitzfah, but I don't know what happens during them.

This episode was very exciting. I loved the idea of a musical ep., I think it worked well. overall it was pretty well-paced and emotional and I enjoyed it. The songs themselves were friggin' awesome, somebody please give Daniel Ingram an award.

So once upon a time I tried out a 3DS at the Gamestop and I got a headache from the 3D. A few weeks later I tried it again, and got a headache again. Feeling as though the new games would all pretty much the same as the DS titles I'd already played anyways, with the new gimmick (a few Mario games, a Zelda game or two, etc etc) I decided I'd stick with my Lite, which had served me well for years now.

The most awkward situation you can be in is tripping over a blind person's walking, feely stick thing. You can't say "excuse me" because they can't see you, and you can't really say "sorry" either. And the worst part is that this happens to me all the time, because three blind brothers all go to my school. Being in a crowded hallway is the icing on the awkward cake.
So, the first week of school ended up going great! Everyone seems to be a whole lot nicer, and the teachers are great, too. I think it's gonna be a good year
I'm probably gonna end up making a blog to post my art and stuff. It isn't spectacular but I guess it doesn't suck too bad. Perhaps even stuff not on my deviantART like sketches. I think I'd benefit from having more supplies than a couple of number 2 pencils and a tablet, but good stuff isn't exactly cheap and I don't want to blow all

Last year was a crap year. My friends became jerks, and I was pushed around. Normal, considering I'm an awkward nerd girl. It still sucked.
This year I want to stay positive but really I'm terrified. I don't want to see all the people I came to despise last year, but I have no choice. I heard them talking about me. They might do it again.
