Back when I was in high school, I created a portrait out of tissue paper and it was easily one of my favorite pieces. Throughout college, I focused on other things and didn't really recreate that process at all, until my senior year. For my senior show in college, I decided to create a tissue paper portrait series and hang them in the gallery. They got a HUGE reaction and people seemed to really love them.
Now that I'm out of college and into graduate school, I'm trying to create
As many people know, I study art at college, and the second half of this semester, my painting class focused on nonobjective art. This is by far my favorite type of paintings, so I was all for it. I painted some of my favorite pieces this year and just want to get them all out into the open So here's what I did this semester going from oldest to most recent:

I dye my hair all the time, though this is the first time I've done it in about a year or so, and Jordan has never dyed her hair, so it was pretty exciting in our dorm room tonight. She went to a pinkish red and I went to a burgundy with purple underneath. Here's some before and afters

Well, first of all, happy Halloween everyone! Some may know that I was dressing as Rarity for Halloween and I'm happy to say that it was quite a success. While not many people on campus dressed up, I definitely looked fabulous!
It's nowhere near ready for ComicCon or BronyCon next year, but it definitely sufficed for Halloween and I love it
My wig came in the mail and I made my ears and horn. Now all I have to do is get a tail and paint the ears/horn. The outfit and everything else is done. I can't wait to be Rarity. Oh yeah, and my roommate Jordan is being Pinkie
