Now that this shitshow of an election is over with and America has sealed its fate, it is time for me to show more music! A particular song that I think perfectly matches the mood now. A song about absolute annihilation.

Sometimes, when you are just randomly listening to different, new music, you stumble upon songs or bands that you feel like you should have already been listening to, for a long time. Case in point for me, Gojira. An amazing French heavy mental band that has a plethora of amazing songs, yet I only discovered them a few months back. The song that introduced me to them? A new single of theirs called 'Stranded'. This song has made me love the band and so I want to share it with you all today.
When I was a small, ignorant child, I didn't have a huge musical taste. I sorta listened to whatever. around 12-13 years of age though, I started to finally venture and explore my own music tastes, and thus, the music I love now started within those moments. Now my appreciation for music is massive. One of the bands that helped shape this, was Shattermask, as high energy metal band from St. Louis Missouri.

Music is a beautiful thing. Something I am reminded of rather often. There is always a song that reminds me of it. Then there is sometimes a song that I love but somehow forget about for a while but then was reminded of it thus being reminded of how beautiful music is at the same time! Double combo. Time to get HEAVY! And metal. Heavy metal. Like, at least 3 tons. This song is definitely heavy like that. Melodic death metal is a very interesting genre, it seems to be most popular in European countries and there are a ton of great melodic metal bands out there. Today, I want to share with you a song from one of these and probably my favorite melodic death metal band. On top of that, this is my favorite track of theirs. Two favorites in one!
