my thoughts on season 8

Season 8 started off okay for me in the first part and then in the middle it started going downhill for me and then when On the road to friendship first aired it started getting a whole lot better and then fathers knows beast and the finale came and that just completly ruined the whole season for me. That being said let me talk about some of the things i enjoyed about the season. I really enjoyed seeing Starlight fufill he role  as gudiance counselor it was nice seeing how far shes come in the show. Going from being an awesome villan to a great friend.   I also really enjoyed getting to see the pillars return again i do wish we would of gotten a spoken line for stygian thou. And even thou we really only got Rockhoof and Star swirl this season it was still nice to at least see them come back. I felt that that they couldve done more with the pillars thou. Hopefully next season will see that. I also really liked that spike finally got his wings this season i was wondering if he was ever gonna get them. Also Starlight and  trixie were both great this season. I love seeing them get in  big argument ans then in the end realize that theyll always need each other no matter what. It was great seeing Lightning dust return again after not seeing her for 5 seasons. I do however wish she reformed. 

I wasent sure how i felt  about the school of friendship or the student 6 at first. But now they really grown on me I started off not liking them and then the towards the end of the season I realize that there not so bad.  My favorite one is yona because shes just so cute and adorable.  I kinda do hope thou that we get less of the student 6 next season and more focus on the mane 8 and the cmcs and side characters. I still wanna see the school next season just not as much as this season .

Now lets talk about Cozy glow i  always thought that something wast right with her but i wasent fully sure until I saw What lies beneath andthe way she acted in that episode the way she talked in that episode and how she was able to manipulate the student 6 so easily made me realize shes defentily evil. And then the finale came  and we sides of her that weve never seened before, We know that she somehow was bale to drain all the magic out of equesteria and thats how she was able to capture my favorite pony and then once she reaveled her plan to everypony and the way she said ill be the emperous of friendship and the evil laught it got me thinking if she was just born evil or if was corrupted by tirek.  And then in the end when she was sent to tartarus for her crimes against equesteria she said to Tirek hi neighbor you wanna be friends. I was postive that she was born evil.  Now about chancellor Neighsay I still feel that hes a racist jerk who only cares about ponies and no other creature i felt like he only refromed just beacuse the student 6 saved him.  

But anyway this season was one of the worsts seasons ever I would say thats its just as bad as  season 3 if not badder.
