About this blog

In this blog I'll talk about albums and songs both recently and past released. I'm interested in the stories behind artists and their music; how they came to create their songs and why. I'll also try my best to include some critical analysis, but I'm not an expert on music, so everything's just my thoughts and opinions. You'll probably see a little bit of everything here from all genres — maybe even country if I'm feeling it. If you want to listen to me review music then have a read.

I'll post entries whenever something comes up that interests me. I'm not really doing this as a full-time scheduled blog, I'm just hoping that I'll get better at writing and maybe I could introduce you guys to some new music.

If ever there was an artist to start this blog with, it's Poppy. What is Choke? Cult leader and popstar, Poppy, released her latest EP, Choke, last month on June 28th, 2019. Featuring the rapmetal band Fever 333, Choke further develops Poppy's spiral into eerie, sonically-perplexing and experimental pop-influenced songwriting. The EP features five songs, each varying in style and demonstrating the breadth of her artistic capabilities. The tracklist is as follows: Choke Voi
