Rainbow Dash's Workout Schedule- Who's with me?

Hello Everypony!

 

So it's nearing November 2012 already, and I have noticed an alarming trend within myself. With the demand at work and college, the amount of free time I have is diminishing. However, I also have a habit of procrastination and being unmotivated to exercise. I used to exercise a lot back in Highschool, but that has slowly dissipated. I have found my energy levels to be at a very low level, sleep doesn't really help, my metabolism is slowing down, and I get worn out faster overall.

 

To get to the point, we all need some motivation when it comes to exercise. Exercise has been shown to increase energy, increase satisfaction of mood, and give you an overall happy state with a healthy body. So who wants to take the Rainbow Dash workout challenge? It only require basic exercise to get back into the routine, and no gym membership required!

My routines a bit different but I'm with you all the way!! I'm curious how many times you repeat the workouts monday and friday though, 3 sets?

I would say as many sets as you would like. I should be sending everyone who replied an excel tracking sheet soon! (It's not perfect, but it helps you keep up with the workout.
