Kinda looks like its in a basement

From the picture it does, a bit. The cement was just pour last week, so we haven't put the hardwood down yet. The cement takes 6 hours to cure and a few weeks to dry. Until then we can't put anything on top of it. We have extremely nosy neighbors, thus the high window. What you can't see is the skylight and sliding glass door, because I didn't get that far with the paint yet.
