Okay so, I think I can be able to buy this PC. I didn't bother with building since I have no idea on how to build one, and the fact I'm too lazy. Judging by the processor I might even be able to run Source Film Maker at minimum to medium settings. Take a look and tell me what you think:

Ech, no. Never buy a pre-built. Hugely unbalanced and massively overpriced for the performance you get. And don't worry about how hard it is to build a PC. If you really have no idea, find a build guide on YouTube. It's not difficult, even a 12-year-old can build just fine.

For the price part, I can actually understand. But I actually have no idea what would be considered a "balanced" computer. Not only that but my budget is pretty freaking small. Would you recommend pcpartpicker.com? Because it looks like a nice site.

Yes, yes I would. Really helpful with tracking prices of parts and can help identify any potential issues before you buy. As for budget, if it's small, you should go for an APU-based build. Like here's something I threw together just now as an example of a sub-$500, APU-based PC. If you need it later, you can always upgrade to a dedicated GPU later, like I've heard that the AMD R9 270 goes well with that AMD A10 APU.

Sounds good to me. I'm sure I could buy myself some time by playing mid-end/lower end software at first usage of it. Thanks!
