Vocaloid vs Human Singer

So I have been writing a song since 3 years ago and I am at the point of hiring a vocalist as I can't sing. Every local Vocalist wanted £1000-2000 just to sing the thing with no loyalties.

So being me I brought Vocaloid instead.

Here is a Diagram of things.

VOCALOID

-Pros

-1 Payment for the singer and can use them forever

-Can sing what you want straight away.

-With effort can sound human

-More people will listen to your song as there is a big Vocaloid fandom.

-Cons

-Often sounds robotic

-It can't pronounce some words correct

-People get miffed if you don't use Hatsune Miku

Human Vocalist

Pros

-They will sound great!

-They can pronounce words Correct

-People won't be so miffed about the choice of vocalist

Cons

-They cost alot to hire

-They probably don't have a fandom so less free advertising

-Need to learn the song first

-They will only sing one song.

In my opinion Vocaloid is the better choice for me.

[EDIT] I forgot examples! I am still learning Vocaloid so it may not sound the best

Still Alive (Vocaloid Megpoid GUMI)

Still alive (Human Ellen McLain)

Personally, I love Vocaloid, so I would rather hear that, but of course, that's just my opinion.  You have to do what works best for you and the song you're trying to produce. So, which would you actually prefer using? If you prefer a human voice, you may be able to ask around the brony community. There are a lot of talented brony vocalists and they often collaborate on different songs. You may be able to get someone to do it for free if you ask nicely enough. (and get lucky) Though there are drawbacks with that as well. Most brony vocalists aren't professionals and as a result, they don't sound quite as good as professionals.

I like to use Vocaloid it is fun to use and I might as well use it as  I have splashed out alot of money for it and the Voicebanks (Miku v2, Miku English, GUMI English and Oliver)
