4 and a half hours of sleep? You should be getting around twice that instead.

I know That's maybe the reason why I feel so tired at all times. But because of my timezone I can't make contact to you americans if I don't stay up late

But to suffer from a terrible sleep schedule is not healthy for both your mind and body. Also aren't we like 5-7 hours apart so it's not that bad of a difference as I have a friend from sweden I regularly speak with without issue.

Dang, that is a short amount of sleep, and I thought the fact I only get like 7-6 most of the time was bad.. ;p.

I don't get nearly as much sleep as I should, but 2PM - 2AM...
