Hunting is for cowards.

Camo rifles, deer pee in a bottle..high powered optics...these are some of the tools that hunter's use against sometimes endangered animals. I am no Peta nut...i do enjoy a nice slab of meat. I do feel that hunting for sport, is the most cowardice thing someone could do...right along with rape and child abuse.

On my Facebook, I follow Ted Nugent cause I was in that whole AMERICA, f**k yeah! phase. I followed him just to let my friends know that I am the ultimate patriot. Then that phase passed when the country REALLY took a dive into the sewers.

Now, all I see from Ted Nugent is him and his family posing with dead animals. Like....really? Is he trying to be manly? Is he trying to say, "I am better than you, Mother Nature!" Cause all that says to me is, "I'm really an ego driven coward who gets his kicks treating smaller or defenseless creatures and beings like crap."

So you have a camouflaged rifle, with 12x zoom and laser pointer? Cool, go fight a war on terrorism. Last time I checked a deer, lion, or elephant only have what they were born with and a few tall bushes if their habit wasn't wiped away by deforestation. Oh and your yards away from their ability to detect you? WOW, YOU ARE SOME KIND OF LEGEND!

You want to hunt? Use a bow and arrow/knife. Give the animal a chance to fight back. Hunters wont cause they are too cowardly.

Yes, I know in some countries like Africa hunting is a means to survive. But in Africa they dont have guns that cost $1,200!!! Well....maybe the pirates do, but thats another topic in itself.

Ted Nugent was crying that anti-hunting groups are 'picking' on an archer that hunted animals..the bow she was using in the picture from the article was a composite bow with all these mods. In one of the comments this lady said, "Jokes on them when they cant hear this girl kill them."

Shut the buck up, lady...stealth is good for real combat. Competition hunting? PHOOEY! Might as well put the hunters in a treehouse in a zoo where they can easily kill but never get harmed by the animals.

If you are a hunter who hunts animals for fun, then I feel bad for your sociopathic brain.

Whenever I see a cat hunt, they stalk their prey and strike at the right time.  Why should a cat approach their prey and give it a fighting chance?  That's stupid.  Whenever there is an advantage, you take it and use it to the best of your ability.  I had a cat who loved to kill, he rarely ate the lizards and birds he found.  He's a psycho cat.

Hunters have an unfair advantage. Its not like in Far Cry where a headshot from a gun doesn't kill them. Using guns are overkill and cowardice. Use a knife or bow and arrow.

Bow and arrow?

Humans use their deadliest asset: their intelligence.

Now, to be fair, I dislike hunting in general. Out of necessity, I'd accept, but for sport, well, that's kinda cruel. The movie Predator really changed my view of things

But c'mon. Calling hunters cowards for using guns is kinda low. I mean, there isn't anything manly about it. You shoot from a distance with an item... Well actually that is kinda cowardly.

That's why I think Spanish Bull Fighters are amazing. Don't like it, but I went to one when I was a kid and holy crap. They come so close to getting hit and I've heard stories of guys who get maimed by the bull. Permanent injuries.

You know what? I agree. Hunting is cowardly. If it's done for food, well, I can see why you'd want to play safe, but for sport, it's kinda sadistic. You kill wth zero risk for the fun of it. And again, it's like the Predator movie, except humans are the deadly aliens that Arnold beats...only after the alien takes off its mask for a fair fight.

Holy crap. The Predator is much more manly than a human hunter.

The Predator, who is hunting men, for the fun of it, gives Arnold a shot.

That's like if a man shoots a deer, injuries it, but it still has enough energy to ram and fight back, and the man tosses aside the gun and fights the deer mano a mano.

Now THAT is a brave hunter.

I have zero problem with hunting for food, using whatever is necessary to do that effectively. I hate sport hunting, though. The idea of ending something's life for the fun of it, I just have a problem with that.

Hunting for survival is fine, but yeah hunting for sport is sadistic. Spanish Bull Fighters are manly and brave as all get out. Also, I guess its kinda fair since hunters have little or no intelligence whatsoever(IE Those duck dynasty people).

I wouldn't go that far. I spent the first two years of college attending Minot State in North Dakota, which is a very hunting enthusiastic state (it was there that my dislike for hunting really solidified), but I did become friends with some hunters.

They were smart and nice. They were college students and majoring in courses as difficult as medicine and biology.

Hunting is part of their culture.

Do I agree with it? No.

But it's ignorant to say that hunters have little to no intelligence.

That's like saying all bronies are cloppers.

The concept of hunting itself, I think, is cowardly.

But I'm pretty sure I do things that others could criticize, so I don't insult those who do hunt. I just wouldn't do it myself.

The hunters who boast about killing have little to no intelligence. It would be fair to say some are smart, but the ones I've seen are people like Ted Nugent(aka super rednecks).

I love hunting! Meat obtained from wild animals is so much better and TASTES so much better than the factory farmed crap we get at wallmart!
