To be honest, and it may sound a little brutally honest, you aren't going to feel any better until you let go, which the only way to do that is by telling her. And it might end terribly, but at least it's off your shoulders. What hurts is loving someone you know you can't have, but what hurts more is letting that pain build as you hide it. It's going to get worse the longer you wait. My advice is tell her. It's going to hurt, and it might be awkward for a while, but I'm sure you will remain friends if you really want to. You have my support if you need it.

Wow, this came right out of the blue. I have to be honest, I'm floored. I never thought anyone would feel this way about me. And I just became Roleplay Lead as well!

However, I don't think my wife will be willing the share. I'm so, so sorry, but I'm going to have to let you down this time. I hope this won't make it weird between us!

As someone who's been in similar situations a number of times, I would be very, very surprised if she would be surprised by this. Since you said she's already married, she's probably had a number of years experience with this kind of thing already.

 

If you exist, someone will inevitably be crushing on you. That's pretty much the way life works.
