To give a conspectus:

SW is a squad based, atmospheric FPS. (I'd actually recommend it to any FPS/SW fans anytime, one of best, underrated SW games there is).

Spyro's a beautiful platformer with quite a touching story. The scenery is marvelous and I've spent quite some time just admiring it instead of playing.

Morrowind is, obviously, a cRPG focused on exploration and story and less on combat.

UT is nothing but a wonderful, famous simple shooter.

I would have to say Final Fantasy VII, Skullgirls, and Zelda: Twilight Princess. Or if you want something a bit funnier and funkier, look at the Earthworm Jim soundtrack.

The Donkey Country Games, the Castlevania games (especially rondo of blood and symphony of the night) Super Mario Galaxy 1&2, any of the Final Fantasy games, any of the Kingdom Hearts games.

Just from the top of my head and which weren't already mentioned.

Check the Metroid Prime Trilogy.

I know that Phendrana Drifts (first theme) and inside the Crashed Frigate are fan favorites.
