This one is going to be a rant post, be warned.

I can understand people who can afford it getting such an early purchase of Fallout 4, I suppose. What I can't understand is people who I've known to be poor or down on their money scraping together all the funds they can just to get it. It's a little frustrating to me, mainly due to the fact that Fallout 4 having such a successful launch means that Bethesda will extend the period of time that the game is really expensive.

Personally, I have more than enough money to afford the game, but I don't see a value of sixty dollars in it. I would rather wait until the game's price drops, but with people losing their minds and buying it all over, it means my wait for the game will be extended from the anticipated six months to several years. I know I can't really complain about it; Bethesda was successful with their marketing and hype-building, and are now reaping the rewards of it.

I suppose I'll just have to get used to being patient and waiting for people to get over their annoying hype-fits.
