The advertisements here on MLP Forums for conventions are ads for our partner conventions. We're not currently partnered with any conventions outside of North America, (we are however partnered with BronyCAN in Canada), but that's not saying we'll never be partnered with any. Ultimately, it's not that MLP Forums or Poniverse doesn't want to advertise conventions outside the United States, those just aren't conventions we're partnered with.
