Working on fleshing out the saddle packs.

Added some kind of air compression tank, which led me to add an apparatus to her front leg, something she can use to possibly plug things into or monitor some kind of medical diagnostics on? That's kinda what makes this part fun, adding and messing around with these kinds of things. Also, tried a frosted blue mane color, looks pretty cool.
