19 states have voiced their opinion, and 4 more will voice theirs tonight. The GOP Nomination race is by far the most controversial and exciting in the history of the Republican Party. Today, we'll be breaking down the state of the GOP race before today's primaries.

The race started with 17 candidates in Iowa, and it has been swiftly whittled down to 4: Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich.

Donald Trump, the frontrunner and the most hated candidate in this race, holds the delegate lead, with 384 delegates pocketed, and 12 state wins.

Ted Cruz, Donald's greatest threat (and Lightning Spark's preferred candidate), is hot on The Trump's heels, with 300 delegates, and 6 state wins.

Marco Rubio, the man who has evolved from the conservative choice to the establishment's choice, has his work cut out for him. He has only 151 delegates (half of Cruz) and 1 state win (oh, and Puerto Rico too, in case you missed that).

John Kasich, the old geezer who, at this point, has no reason to keep running, has a measly 37 delegates, and hasn't won a single state.

Now, today, the states of Idaho, Michigan, Hawai'i, and Mississippi will participate in their primaries, helping to determine who will be the GOP nominee this year.

The Spark Network expects a win for Ted Cruz in Idaho's caucuses, and a win for Donald Trump in Hawai'i. The Spark Network also predicts a battle between Cruz and Trump for Michigan and Mississippi. According to the latest Fox News exit polls, we may see Kasich going at it as well in Michigan (those late deciders, always ruining the fun >.>).

All this said, it's sure to be an exciting night for the GOP race. Tomorrow, we will have a report on the results of tonight's primaries.

Happy Voting!

I think Marco will win Hawaii. Based on past trends he does well in urban city areas, and since Honolulu contains most of the state's population then it most likely will go his way. I agree with you Idaho...Michigan and Mississippi will probably go to Trump.
