Ugh and yay

So today was a really tiring day. Woke up at 9 to get bills out of the way and kitty now has 8 months of flea stuff since the vet was having a sale. Work was ok..I did almost laugh at this old lady though.

Ok so she comes up and asked me what this certain chicken was. I said ranch wings. She then asked what seasoning is on it. Once again I said ranch. She then does a huff and says to me "Do you even speak english?" Uh yes dude I do..but I think you need to turn your hearing aides up. Of course I didn't tell her that...before I could get a word out she waddled off.

Here's the thing. In the deli we have fans running, fryers running and it's pretty damn hard to hear you. And in return hear me at times since I speak so quietly. She was the rudest customer we had. Sure there were others but not as bad as that.

I did have one guy say he wants a meal. Then pause...so I ask what would he like. He tells me....then just stares at me. So I make it and wrap it. When I give it to him he says he wasn't done. Sir...don't fucking pause long enough to show you have nothing else to say..seriously.

After work we had enough money from my gfs check (got paid more than what we thought) to get food finally and an mlp movie. The ever free forest one..since I haven't seen it. Though we missed the one before so we gotta get that too lol.

Now I'm just stuck. I've been trying to draw two peeps ocs and they just keep coming out awful. I like perfection or close enough. And I also don't like to keep people waiting. I think I'll try again tomorrow after work.

I think I have a similar line of thought. I know the feeling of doing something and then thinking "Ugh this sucks, I can do better". So then I do it again, but I find something wrong with it. And I do it again. And again. And again. And... you get the point.

The best thing is to follow a deadline. Even if you don't have one, set one. Good enough is good enough, and in this type of situation, you will only be caught in a sort of reverse feedback loop. Thinking somethings wrong will only make you look harder and harder for a problem until you scrap it/give up. Hopefully the deadline will force you to just make create your final result and be done with it.

I think I didn't explain it well, and I may have understood your problem wrong. In that case i'm sorry for wasting your time.

Look on the bright side. At least you debugged your cat. My dog has so many fleas i'm going to have to send a report to MS for all of the insects it effing carries. Kappa.
