Yeah, been awhile since I've done this, eh? Last one was done last year but I guess it's time to dust off this old thing.

As some of you may have noticed. My sanity and overall emotional wellbeing as nosedived over the past week. The result of this is something of a highly personal nature that I will not share. I just wanted to make a blogpost to let people know what is going on and for those who care about me to know.

I am looking into therapy to see if that will help at all (doubt it).

 

If anyone has any suggestion on anything than it will be more than appreciated, but I'm just kind of done with life right now.

I hope things get better for you, my friend! Therapy is a good choice – if it helps even a little, it's worth it, and I doubt it would do any harm at least. I wish you all the best!

I care, dude. And I'm sure many others here do as well. It's always sad to see one of my friends in so much pain. Although, I personally don't really like sharing personal matters as well, Maybe talking about your thoughts with somepony you genuinely trust or a therapist might help. I really hope you feel better soon.

I honestly wish I could do something to help. I hope you know that you are important to me and I care about you.

It's that severe, hm? Be absolutely sure to take care of yourself, then; we would hate for you to hurt yourself in any capacity. :rarity: Either way, I wish you luck in therapy; just try to have a smidge of faith in them, and I am sure you will be able to resolve this issue.

Therapy and involvement from the nearest caring people/loved ones would be what I recommend. Those physically close to us in our times of emotional distress can work many wonders. 

Otherwise, I say give things time as time is often the greatest remedy to any change or emotional difficulties~

Sometimes, the best course of action is to be open like this and admit that you're going through some tough times. We all face our burdens in life, and occasionally it seems like they're all too much, but it's through the support of others and those whom are willing to listen that we find the strength to endure. Tried and true method that I can vouch for many times over.

Therapy can really work wonders too, though. Just having that point of release and a medical professional to confide in more personally can sometimes help you reach an understanding of your own mind and thoughts.

As offered, I am there if you want to talk about it as it would also giving advice easier.

Anyways, often it can help to simply accept the situation for what it is and not interpret stuff or ask yourself why the things are the way they are.

I also advice going more optimistically into a therapy, you also have to do something during it for it being successful. (Coming from someone who is therapy right now)

Therapy sounds like the best course of action. The alternative is something that I don’t want to think about. I hope you are able to find someone to talk to and that can you get thought this. Never forget that we are all here for you, my friend. :mlp_grin:

Sorry to hear you're having less colorful days than they should be.

If you'd ever feel the need to talk with someone and/or want to rant on something, feel free to poke me. My doors are always open.. well, unless I'm at work, because you never know when muffin ninjas will strike. :mlp_wat: Hey I can also offer ranting together - there are so many poorly balanced things in real world, that I'm sure we'll find something to rant on. :mlp_icwudt:

Very sorry to hear you are in a hard time now. Therapy in many situations is not a bad chose, at least it worth the a try. Simply talking about your problem can help._
