Most of them won't be claimed, though if some of them were to be claimed, I wouldn't care too much, as the most important thing for me is to keep the video public, regardless if it's claimed or not.

Plus, Nintendo doesn't mind having covers of their songs made whatsoever. They are very well aware of the creative community.

Thank goodness they aren't bad about covers!
