Nice!  I actually remember this from when I was a kid (my parents got it for me for PC), and I thought "Boy, I bet it'll go too fast for it to work on organ", but...I keep forgetting that you always find a way to make this kind of thing work!

One thing to bear in mind is that I have 19+ years of accumulated music education and experience, and it shows. I first create the sheet music/score for the Organ Cover/Arrangement. The tools I use to make this happen are able to make it happen (since I don't know how proficient you are with music knowledge and theory, I won't bore you with the details).
