If you'd like some tips: Her ears need to be stitched separately from her head, or it will end up looking really weird. You see how in the pic in the bottom right corner, the head is a sphere with features, and the ears are very thin and flat? If you include the ears while cutting out the head, you will deform the sphere so that her ears are really fat. The mane should be alright, as most pony plushies do different things and they all end up looking okay.

It looks pretty okay, just maybe try fixing the head.

And don't search feel frustrated if EqD didn't like your fanfic, pratice your art for yourself, move on and keep doing what pleases you.

I understand your disappointment, but you shouldn't hold EQD's acceptance of your fanfic as a standard of quality. I've never even seen their website save a few rare occasions, yet I believe your fanfic could be just as, if not more,  entertaining as one that EQD accepted. If you believe that your story has value, you should continue to refine it, even if only for the sake of improving your writing skills.
