I like how non-drinkers are so inclined to tell you to stop drinking its bad for your health, or that its weird how you have to find comfort in a bottle.

Unless you have been drunk then you have no place to tell drinkers what they should and should not do.

As long as they aren't hurting anyone why should it matter to you? Dont even give me that I care about you nonsense. If you cared you wouldnt bug the person about drinking in the first place.

I care about your health~

Why? Why should you care? What are you getting by caring about the health of someone else?

I don't care if people drink. I hate alcohol and i hate when people consume it.

But its their problem, not mine.

It becomes my problem when they bother me though.

See, its ok to voice your opinion when the drinker bugs you. when your saying it just to be saying it like your self righteous or better than they are...thats what annoys me

Caring about someone else shows compassion, a nature most people these days choose to not use. This is only one example, drinking lightly obviously won't do any harm, but an excessive amount on a regular basis will damage the body.

Caring about the person who does an abnormal amount shows that person that people do care about them. Most people drink heavily either to A. Get the drunkenness feeling to have an unnatural fun, or B. To hide problems they're feeling and suppress emotions. Caring about another shows that people are there for them, even if you don't want it.

That's why sometimes people care about your drinking.
