I find it odd that I'm the optimistic one for once.

 

Every other person seems to have a gripe with Season 4 so far, but I'm enjoying the ride which is even stranger considering after the sloppy, rushed, Season 3 and irritatingly persistent musical numbers of 'Magical Mystery Cure' rather than plot and exposition the long wait has finally ended.

 

We've got a full 26 episode roster, again!

 

Which means there's still 22 left to air!

 

And so far...

 

 

 

Twilight isn't all high and mighty or the center of attention for the show as I initially feared (barring the premiere, but I was pleasantly surprised with the 'a princess is a delicate little flower' mentality the rest of the Mane Six had towards her.

 

Plus, great character development and assistance from Discord (in his own twisted way).

 

There's a mysterious box!

 

A shadow-like figure that may or may not be a bad guy!

 

And Daring Do is REAL!?

 

 

 

 

We've got a Season-long story arc with a new mystery-so why do so many fans seem disgruntled?

 

I mean-I'm not saying that they're wrong or about their opinions, but I'm curious as to why they feel this way about certain aspects this Season has offered so far.

I don't know, Season 4 is definitely my favorite season already, though. :D They've improved on, well, everything! I can't wait to hear some of these songs we were promised. :squee:

Whuh. I genuinely think this season is an improvement over Season 3 so far, and I really like Season 3. :o

I liked a few episodes, but overall I didn't enjoy last Season very much with the exceptions of 'Sleepless in Ponyville' and 'Keep Calm and Flutter On'.

I do agree that this Season seems to be shaping up to be the best, yet,

 

But yeah, after 'Princess Twilight' someone posted a thread about how this worst Season.

 

And a lot of people are dismayed with 'Daring Don't' for a reason that I find really odd.

Hey, hey. I posted a blog about how optimistic I am for S4, too, dude :D Because it kicks ass so far.

 

Albeit, anything would be a step up from that giant gap between Season 2 and 4, but this has exceeded my expectations so far :D
