What happened today

Sir.Flutter Hooves

First off, I am deeply sorry for the drama this afternoon. I know it was annoying, really I do. Never meant for this to happen.

I am depressed. Yes, I know that's weird to hear from me but it's true. I was just thinking I should leave, maybe that's the cause. But no, it is not. I'm gonna find out though.

You guys helped me today. I was just having a bad day, but you guys got on skype and helped. You really did, and I cannot thank you enough. I'm gonna make it through this, thanks to you guys. I'm still depressed, but I promise I will not depress you along the way. That was one worry, that I would end up one of those people forcing my problems down your throat and making you help me. I am not gonna do that.

Just wanted to give you details about what happend and say thanks. I'll stay here for awhile thanks to you guys.

Happy New Years by the way, and thanks again.

I'm really glad that you're staying here. You're an awesome guy, I just can't imagine this place without you. :)

I hope that you overcome your depression soon. What I said to you earlier still stands - you are always welcome to PM me or message me on skype any time if you want to talk about anything that is bothering you.

Well hey, if you have stuff on your mind, I'm sure most normal people wouldn't mind lending an ear. Everyone goes through rough patches in their lives. Nobody is ever promised it's easy. I myself am a generally positive person but even I go through times of trial and depression. I don't know the details, but life goes on, man. It's up to you to go with it. And if you've got something on your mind that needs to be talked about, there's no need to keep it bottled up. Anyway I'm gonna quit rambling. Glad to hear you're staying. Hope things get better, Sir. Happy new year

Well Sir.Flutter Hooves. I'm sorry about all that happened today. I'm sorry for what I said about you. All this drama today was completely unnecessary and well... it clearly annoyed us both.

*hugs*

I hope you have a happy new year man. I'm glad that your friends on Skype could help cheer you up. :)

I'm having a bit of a tough go of it myself right now.  Not an unusual thing for anybody this time of year.  But I'm glad you'll be able to work your way through it.  :)

This may seem facetious, but I honestly don't mean it that way.

I used to suffer from depression. I still do to be honest, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was. The doctors say it's chemical depression, to be specific, so it's not something produced by external emotional drivers. So this advice may or may not apply to you depending on what's actually causing the depression.

Weirdly enough, my depression started to lift after I got married. It would be nice to attribute it to marriage, but I don't think it is. You see, my wife was diagnosed with diabetes, and we attempted to control that through diet. Mostly removing any modern artificial sweeteners, preservatives, etc. that messes with blood chemistry. It was a lot of effort on our part, but after a couple of years, Kathy's no longer diabetic. And while I still get depressed and upset on occasion, it's no longer the overwhelming depression I used to get.

I'm not saying this will work for you, but it might be something to think about. If what you have is a form of chemical depression, then changing your blood chemistry through your eating habits might help in some small way.

Eeey man, like I said before it's not really your fault. You where a bit depressed, it wasn't your intention to cause that much chaos. Guess some just overreacted a bit...
