It's like a million and a half dollar home. It's like seven years old, and we live in a Taiga-ish deserty enviorment high in the mountains. They like damp areas. It's pretty dry here. XD My dad was there because he makes it nice and clean and stains the huge decks. So, It's a pretty mite-safe place.

What are you talking about? Those areas are the ones mostly likely infested with mites and roaches. Is your dad an exterminator? No. Plus you have to worry about bear and mountian lions.

I think you're thinking of bed bugs. Bed bugs like damp places. And this house is rarely occupied. Dust mites like dry places, yeah, but with places that have a lot of skin. I think this summer home would be a disappointment to a dust mite. We do not have roaches here. At least, I haven't heard of anyone seeing one, nor have I ever seen one here. But your right about the cougars. We have a ton of em' here. Not really bears, though. But one time one crawled up a tree in our neighbo...
