MMX without dashing...it's just...Megaman. D:

I know someone who can and will do it though. He did it on a stream once. No dash boots, no special weapons, no armor, no subtanks. The guy owned most of the game anyway and barely died. He's a MMX god.

Of course, this is a guy who can speedrun Contra 3 on hard without dying and speedrun Super Metroid like it's nothing.
