Had a performance appraisal at work today, went in expecting to get an earful due to a couple of unfortunate incidents that have taken place in the last week or so at work, though they've been more or less unavoidable and outside of my control... in the end my boss was amused when I asked, incredulously, "wait, that's it?" after he began wrapping things up after having had nothing but positive things to say. x_x But yeah. I had a grin on my face afterwards. Especially considering that not more than a couple days prior I was talking to someone here about how obsessively worried I was that I was on the verge of being axed. Paranoia. I spit in your face.

They exist. I don't typically pay much attention to them and am honestly baffled at the unhealthy obsession that some gamers seem to have for them. They don't bother me, but in many cases they do strike me as a shallow attempt at artificially increasing the amount of time people spend in a game. -

IP.Chat occasionally gets plagued by errors like that. Because the service is hosted by IPS there's not much we can do about it... the only advice I can give is to try again from time to time until it clears up. Are you running any sort of adblocker or such?

Fillies and gentlecolts, we have officially surpassed 2,528 posts this day. Why is this number important? 2,528 was the number of posts made on the forum's opening day of October third - prior to this moment it was the busiest day that the forum had seen. We've got four hours and change - will we make it to 3,000? Will I have to delete a bunch of pointless spam after having asked that? Only time will tell.

Just a quickie since I'm still at work... There currently are no rules regarding role-play relating to the on-site chat - be it for, or against. Speaking of this issue, a number of reports have been filed today regarding chat conduct, both by those that are in favor of role-play in the chat, and those that are against it. These reports will be dealt with in several hours when I get home from work; during the process of which I will be doing a lengthy review of today's chat logs. At any rate, I just wanted to toss this reply in so that you're all aware that WE are aware of the situation, and that we will act on it.
