It's just the screen's size. Their position are just right on my Firefox. The ponies are at the very bottom as well. But not when I resize the browser's window. The ponies are at very bottom indeed, no matter how small I resize the window. The problem is that you don't determine the exact size, so your text and ponies adjust their position by themselves. The background image has exact size, but not the text. Therefore, it will move when I resize the window. Giving minimum height to the div that wraps the options will help. Also, try position: relative and give float to the marquee. If resize the window too small, it will block the options and I can't click the link. Other suggestion, separate the marquee into three boxes instead of giving spaces manually. That's not clean.

So, in this game player will be able to capture ponies and fight other ponies in their journey? Evolution? We don't have so many ponies, so maybe the map won't be as wide as Pokemon. There are many things you need to think about. Moves? Duplicate ponies? Because wild ponies can't be only one per pony. Many others.

I thought, since you code with Objective-C, you're working on Mac, but you said you're going to run Mac in virtual machine, so I assume that your computer is Windows or Linux? Well, I'm using Linux. Thought I'm still suggesting you to code in C++, C# or other languages (Python maybe) that can be used in other platforms. Not many people here use Mac.

No problem. I'm always interested in the game development side of the fandom. First, I have no idea why do you use Objective-C for game programming. I don't think many people here use Mac, but that doesn't really matter actually. Language is just a tool. Stick with one you've mastered, but don't stop learning new languages. For the sock programming tutorial, I don't know. Sorry, but I'm not experienced with Objective-C and I use Python most of the time. I've searched for some tutorials for you, and the best I could found are : How to use sockets and socket stream Setting up socket stream Sorry but that's all I could find. Try to look for some networking modules if you can. In Python, I use Twisted.

Well, then what kind of help do you need? At least give us information like game play, features, etc. An RTS can be played multi player, so you have to determine that as well.

@Je Woong Hwang, can you please be more specific about what part of a game do you want to know the work process? I think I can answer. I also have some questions, like what programming language do you use, engine, etc? An RTS would be nice. I'm working on an RPG at the moment. I hope we can see each other's product soon.

@Lunar Red, as you can see, some people hope that game projects in the fandom really get going. You better focus yourself on one project, and do it until it's finished. Personally, I doubt that you won't cancel this one as well. Some ponies here have lost their faith in the fandom's game development side because of some canceled projects before. They put their hope to the team, but the project stopped.

If you don't mind me asking, is it a NEW project? How about your old ones? Have you finished them or you canceled them? I suggest you to focus on one project first. I have just ONE game project at the moment, and it takes most of my time.

@. For the background, you may want to make a big board where ponies draw, then a stage where musician ponies play their music. Maybe the stage can be placed in the left side of the park, behind the tree, and other ponies can hang out in front of it (in front of Feld0 statue). For the drawing board, why not the MLPForum Park board? Make some artists draw the "MLPForum Park" text with some decoration? Just like making this website banner? Face covered by paint? That will look fun. Maybe some role players (one of the biggest groups here) are role playing around the pond. Writers can gather around the tree? Not sure though. Just a suggestion on how to handle the crowd. Moderators are scattered among the crowd doing their weird stuff.

At least, I can say these : Visual artists Musician Writer Gamer Martial artists Moderators Tulpamancers Role players Group them by their interest. You can be with other visual artists doing something fun together, maybe drawing (duh)? Musicians are playing music. Writers are having fun with papers and quills. Role players are acting or playing a traditional RPG game. Martial artists are having friendly spar. And of course, moderators with their weird stuff. Think about it. Organization always makes things better. :3

About the background sketch, . I really like it, but I have some questions. What is that behind the MLPForums Park board? Are those buildings or wallpaper? Also, is it an indoor park or outdoor park since it somehow looks like an indoor park to me? Also, is everypony going to look at the 'camera' or look to any direction? I think it will be charming if we can make it like a group photo where everypony is looking at the 'camera'.
