    I'm worried about a friend IRL. All he seems to do is mope around, and it seems to get worse every time I see him...

      You could always try reassuring him you there for him or something, or possibly telling him you know somethings up. But i'm not sure if either of those will work.

       

      You may even have to get some outside help from someone else, maybe ask his parents or something about him.

      Seriously though,if you can't get him to open up,then the best you can do is either try to get outside help and/or just make him smile and laugh everyday.Small things like that can do wonders.
