  1. So close! So excited, but so nervous! Can't wait to see all you guys there. I'm not the best at socializing due to anxiety but I've already had people saying they'll help me stay at ease at the con and make a lot of friends. I'm hoping this will be my chance to finally come out of my shell. You're all awesome and i can't wait to see you guys IRL.
  2. I think my weight was the thing I got bullied for the most. Both directly and indirectly (got bullied for being quiet, self conscious, etc). Since high school I've lost over 70 pounds and put on a lot of muscle. Can't wait to see the looks on those asshole's faces at the reunion.
  3. - Finish university - Get my pilots license and get some kind of flying job - Move out - Become more social - Start going to raves and concerts - Live a happy live
  4. My best friend's parents think pretty highly of me. I'm a good kid, and they recognize that. My other friends' parents don't think highly of me, I don't think. Then again, thats because they don't think highly of anyone.
  5. Tyler Durden is talking back to be, a bit. He only speaks when we force, and his voice is the only way he manifests right now. (We don't have a wonderland*, and he doesn't have a form, so it's like a voice in the darkness). His voice is an odd mix of Brad Pitt and George Clooney. *YET. I'm working on one. I think it's going to look something like one of the houses from "Oblivion." A clean, modernist house elevated a few hundred feet in the air, over the desert. Peaceful, serene, secluded.
  6. Yeah, I follow a pretty regular schedule everyday. At least on weekdays. - Wake up - Clean up - Eat some breakfast - Go to work - Eat lunch at work - Work until about 5-6 - Go to the gym - Dinner - Free time (forums, etc) - Sleep I need to be more exciting. :C
  7. Physical things? Surprisingly, no. Which is odd because I normally have a horrible track record with things breaking. On the other hand, I've been under a lot of extra stress/anxiety lately, so maybe my psyche is breaking. XD
  8. Yup! My favorite pony is Vinyl Scratch. I lover everything about her design and character (mostly fanon, but still). However, the pony I relate to the most is Rainbow Dash. I'm a pilot, so I share and understand her passion for flight. (She's close to my favorite though...an EXTREMELY close second)
  9. My favorite weapon isn't on the list. My favorite weapon has wings. The North American P-51D Mustang. A powerful airplane that could haul ass and kick ass. One of the best airplanes in history. From the list? Grease Gun.
  10. My brain is a dick (anxiety issues) My actual dick is a pretty cool guy. But my favorite organ of all is...hmm...ears. Because you need them to listen to music, and I can't live without music.
  11. I love hookah! During the semester I sometimes go with some college buddies to the hookah bar down the road. We usually get two one-hose units and pass it around. Our favorite is blueberry, tied with a mix the owner made (berries and a few other things...so good!). It's awesome in the winter, especially. Once you're done and you've got the flavor in your sinuses, go outside and take a deep breath. The cool air and the flavor feel awesome together. Who else makes rings? I am a beast at making smoke rings. I can make a large ring, and then immediately make another and blow it right through the first one. The key is flexing your Adam's Apple (not sure how ladies can make this work ), and making just minimal pressure changes in your mouth. This makes big, slow, elegant rings...just really fragile. Even the air currents in the room can destroy them. But I just went on a tangent.
  12. According to a celebrity look-alike generator I look like Matt Dillon. O.o
  13. I remember I stopped trick-or-treating when I was around 12-13. Some of my college friends actually still trick-or-treat. They went to the suburbs around campus last halloween. I, on the other hand...well, I don't even remember where I was then. Probably just chillin' in my dorm. I don't celebrate halloween anymore, really. In fact my family likes to leave the house and go somewhere else for the night to avoid trick-or-treaters. TBH I think that's kind of dickish on the part of my parents, but what am I gonna do. Then again once you turn 21 halloween gets fun again because of all the costume parties.
  14. A lot. I'd go so far as to say it's made me a whole new person. All the amazing people I met in the community, and the friends I've made, have changed me in so many positive ways. It was a brony I met on these forums who inspired me to get in shape. Ever since then I've lost over 70 pounds and put on a bunch of muscle. I wouldn't be healthier if it weren't for him. I've also met my first special someone thanks to becoming a brony.
  15. Yes, all the time. It's my biggest detriment currently. Mostly because of my looks. People tell me I'm handsome and all, but I see an ugly person in the mirror, and I think everyone else sees the ugly person too, which makes me anxious.
  16. Continuing the burger-eating trend started by @Lord Bababa. I look like crap today. Was working outside in a 100+ degree heat index for the last few hours.
  17. I have a Honda CR-V. I'm not a big car guy, but I love her so much! She's the perfect mix of spacious, efficient, and utilitarian. She'll get you where you need to go in good comfort, with a good load of stuff, and for not a lot of gas. Not mine. Stock image. However... That doesn't mean that I am not a gear head! No, it's just that the things I am a gear head for have wings attached to them. :3 http://mlpforums.com/blog/572/entry-4526-a-day-in-the-life-of-a-flight-student/
  18. Found out one of my college buddies is a raver. I've always wanted to go to one, and I thought they'd help me with my social anxiety, but I never knew how (since so much of that scene is secretive), so next semester he said I can go with him. Yay!
  19. I don't really have that many exceptional memories of high school. I was one of those "get in, do work, get out" kids. I didn't do clubs, teams, or extracurriculars, and I didn't really make friends until the end of Junior year. Overall something I don't want to do again. However, I had a few good memories. - The senior year trip to Europe with my history teacher. We went to Italy, France, and Spain, and I got a chance to bond with some more people. I made some good friends on that trip. Too bad I only had like two weeks after to be with them. - I made the entire class burst out laughing during sophomore year, including the teacher! I was in econ class, and I fell asleep at my seat. The kid in front of me turns around, and when I opened my eyes he was staring right at me. "Whatcha dreaming about, big guy?" he asked me. To which I responded ever-so-calmly, "your mother." EVERYONE burst out laughing.
  20. Social situations. OMG social situations give me so much anxiety, because I do have social anxiety disorder. It can be kind of draining after a while to constantly be nervous around people. And I think I probably look creepy sometimes because of how I act around people (shuffling, eyes to the floor, quiet, etc).
  21. Today was an awesome lunch. Since I work as an intern at my dad's firm, we often get lunch together. Today we got Pancheros. I got a chicken burrito, he got a steak quesadilla, and we split an order of chips and queso. So good!
  22. I wish I was more self-confidnt and secure. That is the core at what keeps me from really pursuing my interests fully is a fear of screwing up simply because I am me.
